This Dunkin runs out of everything. Whoever does the ordering doesn't do it well. Out of cups, out of straws, and out of hash brown cups. Worst Dunkin donuts I've been to.

This is the world’s SLOWEST Dunkin. Waited in line for over 30 minutes before ordering with only 3 cars ahead of me. Also - my order was wrong, and it was literally just an ice cold brew with skim milk. Instead it was basically heavy cream - maybe with a splash of coffee?

Would have earned better reviews without the recent changes. 11/23/24 visited site at about 5pm. Lobby was closed and worker informed that since daylight savings time changed, lobby now closes at 6pm. Location is generally clean with consistent exception being the ladies bathroom. Several staff members are very kind and present to work when on site. Some others not so much. When in town I frequent location. Review is based on overall experiences.
Vegetarian options: I enjoy the Avocado toast much
The drive thru is slow. The location is desperating. Homeless people near the drive thru area just chilling.

This is honestly my favorite Dunkin location! I pass two other Dunkin's on may way into work and will only go to this one. My orders are always correct, the food is hot/fresh and their sweet tea is really good. They do get really busy so the drive thru line can be a little backed up sometimes but everyone is always working hard and very pleasant/friendly attitudes!

The cashier was taking her time , doesn't know how to greet customers, had a nasty attitude, she left her station with customers standing in line saying she's going home. This caused her other coworkers to have to work harder. She has no customer service skills and she is not a team player at all and on top of that it caused me to be late which I'm never late to work???? pass poor service
