Let me be VERY clear: this is the most incompetent, rude, and poorly run Dunkin’ I have ever dealt with. I’ve given this location two chances, and both times were an absolute disaster.
The first visit, I sat in the drive-through forever before anyone even decided to acknowledge me. When they finally took my order, the employee had a nasty attitude like I was bothering them. Then they tried to tell me they “don’t sell unsweetened vanilla,” even though I’ve ordered the exact same thing at dozens of other Dunkin’ locations with zero issue. And to top it off, after all that attitude and waiting, the car BEHIND me got served before I did — and nobody said a word. Pathetic.
I let that slide once. Big mistake.
The second visit was even worse. I was stuck in the drive-through line for over 35 minutes with ZERO acknowledgment. Just completely ignored like customers don’t matter at all. What kind of business operates like this?
This location clearly doesn’t care, doesn’t know how to provide basic customer service, and honestly shouldn’t even be open if this is how they treat people. Every other Dunkin’ manages to function normally, but this one is a disaster every single time.
I will absolutely be calling corporate because this level of rudeness and incompetence is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

I love coming to the Dunkin. They never make my order wrong until today. The two ladies that were there were very unprofessional, distracted and not paying attention to the customer when I ordered my Coffee she just made it however she wanted it and ignored what I told her I wanted. I went back to the store and I was trying to get their attention say hello hello but they were too distracted talking to each other. I literally in the store had to call the store number to get their attention. I read the other comments and it’s true what they say it really depends. Who is there at the time to make good coffee.

The girl working right now literally won’t answer the phone and when she does she just picks up and hangs up. Dunkin you all are going to start requiring so type of common sense during your hiring process.
It’s extremely hit or miss for this place; it entirely depends on who’s working that day. When the staff is good they are very friendly and efficient. When it’s bad, you can barely hear them taking your order, drinks are made wrong, and they burn the toast to hell. It could be better.

worst experience i’ve ever had at a dunkin. on 8/27 at 12 pm whoever was working should be fired they were so rude didn’t even say 1 word when i got to the window just put his hand out for my card and handed it back. the person that gave me my food was rude too i say thank you and i just got a dirty look back. if you don’t like your job find someone else to work

Why does it say you close at 8pm but anytime we drive by which is 4 days a week anywhere between 7 and 730pm it's closed all the lights are off an no one comes to the drive thru speaker? Not only that, but we constantly have issues with our drink being wrong almost all the time. And we complain and still the drinks are never made right.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru. The woman working there looked like she didn’t want to be there at all — no smile, no “good morning,” nothing. She handed me my drink with a bad attitude, and when I tasted it, it was terrible. No flavor at all, like it hadn’t been made properly.
I decided to go inside and talk to someone, and thankfully I ran into a young guy stocking donuts. I told him what happened, and he was super kind and friendly. He smiled, said good morning, and offered to remake my drink. It was SO much better — honestly made my day.
It honestly feels like all the bad reviews about this drive-thru are true. The service is slow, the attitude is bad, and you’re left frustrated. I really hope the owner sees this and does something to improve the customer service, because it’s just not okay to treat people like that.
