Frozen donuts that didn't taste fresh. Cinnamon raisin bagel very small the tiniest pieces of raisins I don't know if I would call it cinnamon raisin bagel and it's in tastes very good.
You should put something on your website saying that you have frozen donuts and not baked fresh daily in your restaurant or from a bakery.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I should’ve listened to the reviews, and I usually never write reviews even if the service workers are rude because usually the food is fine and everyone has bad days; but not only was the guy at the front terrible, the food was terrible too. Half of my food was burnt black and I ordered an iced latte and it tasted like straight sugar, I asked him to remake it and he finished ‘remaking’ it less than 10 seconds after I asked. It tasted like straight coffee: no cream, no sugar, and no ice. I didn’t bother asking him to remake my food after that.
It seems like the guy at the front not only doesn’t care, but he also really wants you to know that he doesn’t care.I understand the notion that he probably doesn’t get paid enough to care as I have that mindset while getting paid close to min wage too but I would never ruin someone’s food because of that. I wouldn’t have cared if he was on his phone or goofing off, and I don’t care about politeness or great customer service, but ruining my food and wasting my money even after I asked it to be remade is insane. We were the only ones in the place, there was no line or anything and it was still so so bad. If I could go back in time I would’ve rather gone hungry.

I order a box of coffee through the drive-through. The gentleman asked me to park on the parking lot next to the door. That way they can bring it to me. They were taking forever so I decided to go inside when I walk inside. I asked the gentleman is that my box of coffee he says yes, but I have to wait till he finished texting whoever he was texting. I never been to a job site and I have my phone on my hand to do my job customers come first 12/22/2024 time 10:03 am

so i was in the drive through and when asked what to order they immediately put me on hold.. they came back 10 minutes later and took my order and asked me to pull up at the window (never gave me a total) so i get to the window the staff was loud chit chatting and joking with another client behind the counter they charged me (again no total not even a receipt) they asked me to full up front to wait so we are there waiting 15 minutes for 2 wake up wraps and a sandwich no body in front of us nobody behind us.. at this point i go in ask for a refund and they are chit chatting with the same customer taking their sweet time. i asked for the manager and a refund 5 minutes goes by still no manager and no refund.. instead they tried to bring me my order i kindly rejected it and asked for the manager again and a refund and the person who took my order rudely and disrespectfully shouts to the manager that i wanted a refund because i couldn't wait for my long a** order... so i started getting upset and i shouted to them what they did wrong and instead of giving me my refund they told me i was disrespectful and that i won't get my refund and i got mad because i told them the truth which is they will be replaced by robots and machines because they get paid an x amount of dollars to bullshit on the clock they never gave me a reciept or total and made we way 15 minutes for a small order.. the manager didnt seem to care she looked 15 years younger than me and i can see absolutly no managment experience hospitality manners ect from either of them including the manager .. at this point im frustrated and yes i may have gotten out of character.. they have kids in there disrepecting people and treating customers like trash i pull out my phone to record them disrepectfully ignore me and they finally went to issue my refund and instead of giving me a refund they purposely charged me again. yes i was charged again $40 later no food and bad customer service.
this was the worst dunkin doughnuts i ever been to horrible service from both staff and management i will be reaching out to both corporate and district manager..

I’m diabetic and have always asked SPECIFICALLY for the sugar free shots of vanilla and Blueberry. Every single time I come here, they give me the shots with sugar, causing my sugar to go thru the roof! I always verify at the mic and the window that they got the SUGAR FREE shots correct. They always say yes. I’m fed up with it at this point. It feels malicious and I’d much rather make my coffee at home.

Mo was such a sweetheart! Answered my questions about the app, let me know if they still had the marshmallow foam, and assisted nicely with adding two creams I forgot to ask for at intercom. So thankful for great customer service! Thank you, Mo! You deserve a raise. ??

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. When we ordered, they told me my turkey sausage was going to take 5-6 min, so I changed my order because we didn’t want to wait. We sat in the parking lot for close to 10 min before I went in. I waited for another 5 min before someone asked what I was waiting on, and our food was sitting on the counter. I checked my order before I left and EVERYTHING was wrong. The wrong meats, and we got a croissant instead of a bagel. They offered to remake one because “everything was ready”. Food was ice cold, cheese not melted. There were 3 people working and it was not busy.
