I have to give my cudos to the CURRENT staff at this Dunkin location. I come every single morning, without fail, usually around 5-6am, and they are always ON IT! Never a hassle, if anything is wrong they’re quick to fix it, they are professional and efficient! I stopped coming to this location for a long time (in the past) until this new crew stepped in. I’m so happy to be a regular again at this store 🙏🏻you guys rock! 🤘

This is the worst dunkin donut spot. They never have any basic flavors and take forever in the drive thru and in person dine in. Constantly on there phones. Lack of customer service and respect. Literally had to wait 30 minutes for a milkshake. Smelled like mildew . I Will never be back and will tell everyone i know to avoid this location.

Go here if you wanna be overcharged and not listen to they did not even get my order right and it was a simple kids cone chocolate scoop on a sugar cone nope it came out on a waffle cone or a regular cone or whatever that cone is, and it came as a large, which I was fine with because I ended up getting charged for a large Scoop not the kids scoop so then I was OK with it but then I asked her can I just have the cone that I wanted on please so she comes back with a little tiny kid cone on the cone I want but less ice cream when I already paid for the large ice cream. They just don’t listenthe cashier or the girl at the counter was talking crap to somebody else. I waited over 10 minutes for one scoop of ice cream and nobody was in the line and they got it wrong so yeah no thank you. I won’t be going here again. I will say that the girl in the drive-through is not the same person that I talked to on the speaker and she was nice. She was felt bad I can tell and she tried to fix it, but I just didn’t wanna wait another five or 10 minutes for an ice cream cone

Horrible drive thru. Avoid it especially in the afternoons. They tell you “look at the menu someone will be right with you” and no one never answers. Then drive up to the window to be fully ignored.
The workers at this place are very slow, no matter if there are many or few customers, they serve you slowly anyway and often even forget your order and leave you waiting for more than 30 minutes in the car for your order.

Decided to stop in and avoid the drive in (that was a good decision). All I wanted was a large decaf coffee and I was today they did not have any. Odd for a coffee shop, especially Duncan to not have decaf. The attendant was pleasant and friendly.

Very rude staff. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience. 0/10. Will not return to this dunkin. Staff blames customers for being short staffed. Sarcastic and rude. Prioritize drive thru only meanwhile customers are waiting 10-15 minutes in the lobby. Deff warranted a call to customer service #.
