This location doesn’t have good service overall. Most of the time I order delivery from them it’s a horrible and annoying experience. I don’t know if someone who doesn’t drink coffee is making the coffee drinks there but 90% of the time I order from this location the color of the drink is white like they just pour 95% milk and 2% coffee and 3% sugar/flavors. I know good and well if that person drank the coffee I received today that person would be disgusted. That or they just simply have poor taste and don’t know what a correctly made beverage tastes like. And then I ordered a maple sugar bacon WAKE UP WRAP and a maple sugar bacon SANDWICH and they go and give me 2 maple sugar bacon wake up wraps. Just read the order I don’t see how that’s hard. If you read, the order will be made correctly I promise you. There’s some staff there that are really good people and I appreciate everything they do. But they got an employee or 2 in there that doesn’t know how to do their job right and making them look bad smh

This is the third day in a row I’ve come here and it’s clear as day said certain items in my order and they miss it. I sat there at the pickup counter for 5 mins while the lady not taking orders at the drive thru sat and watched me as she texted on her phone. I go up to the order area and say I have a mobile order and they direct me back to the pickup counter where I sat again as everyone around me was not making any orders. I was told if the order was just sitting there on their side of the counter this whole time I couldve just grab it. Funny thing is the order was visibly made wrong. I was given my drink with an underlying attitude. This job is not hard. They give you clear instructions on how to make everything all it takes is some common sense and the ability to multi task. I promise it’s not hard and if you can’t give great customer service to someone who was patiently waiting then customer service isn’t the job for YOU.

Parking: Excellent drive thru if you don't have time to dine inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs, even the restrooms were designed for wheelchair access.

I was very excited to come here and order my very first pumpkin spice latte of the season! I always order it with skim milk. I got to the window and paid for my order. About a minute later, a gentleman came to the window and told me that they were out of skin milk. My only options were on were almond or oak milk. I am not a fan of either one but to try to keep my drink somewhat healthy, I chose the almond milk. I was not 100% pleased with the taste. It totally threw off that delicious pumpkin spice I was waiting for. I want to suggest making sure that you have everything for the product that your customers are ordering before they pay for it. I did not want to go through the hassle of getting a refund on my credit card.

If you are allergic, be careful!!! Bad service . The last 9/1 i was putting an online order when i pick up my order the coffee was wrong i spent a long time for the new coffee and my order have a croissant with out egg because i have a allergy to the egg. When i have my order i I tried my bread and when I looked at the order it had egg on it. I asked them please to replace my order with a new one and when they brought me my order again they gave me the same order that was bitten except they removed the egg. I am allergic to eggs. If I had tried that order again and had an allergic reaction, who would be responsible for Dunkin's poor work? What they did to me is a huge lack of professionalism. They put my health at risk.

Went through drive - had to park to wait-and they still got my order wrong- problem was I was at work already when I realized my turkey sausage was pork bacon and I don’t eat pork- tried to call them but no one answers- lesson check your food before you leave

Only leaving one star because I cannot leave 0! The older lady at the window with the short blonde hair that wears glasses is extremely rude. When I asked for a condiment she walked away and shook her head, she came back and whispered to the other girl I wanted something extra and then faked a smile and handed me my condiments with a very evil smile. She should be the last person someone should have to see at Dunkin’ Donuts drive through.

Quite possibly the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had in my life! The boy with the braids in his hair was so friendly and the absolute perfect face to have a customer facing position! The coffee was fresh and not sour! Keep doing what you’re doing
