I come to get the Mechanics over at the dealership a little treat when I get my car serviced. Sometimes they don't have all the donuts you're looking for, and sometimes you get a batch of over exploded filled donuts, but I guess that's not a bad thing.

I really enjoyed my experience San manager with the tattoo on her neck, she was kind, patient, and very professional & informative. The crew members ,Sam white girl , Leo and the beautiful Spanish girl was ready to server me and make sure my coffee done correctly. This store was clean , the team work was awesome and everyone look great.
Terrible.It’s supposed to close at 10:00, I just got there (8:40 p.m.), I was waiting in the drive-thru by 3 minutes and nobody answered but they took the order of the car behind me. Why? It was because we were speaking Spanish? (We can speak English also).I did the line once again and when it was my turn they told me that they were about to close and there was nothing available because they were cleaning the machine.

Too bad I couldn’t give a 0. I stopped going there for a long time because of the horrible customer service they have, I decided to come back today. The girl at the speaker this morning was very rude when taking my order, as I pulled up to the window the light skin girl with glasses who I’m assuming was the manager by her name tag, was very rude to me as well. I will not be coming back to this location. This location just keeps going downhill.

Every time I go here it takes for ever for the front counter to react to a customer, the only time they are attentive is when the owners are there in the morning, other then that they don't care about the front counter, this morning 11.27.2023 i went in and stood in the front and no one ever came to the front counter, i left because i was standing there for over ten minutes waiting, never again will i buy from this DD.
