Went through drive thru and got the absolute worst service. If having your soul sucked from a job was a person it would be the drive thru girl. To top it off my drink was gross a waste of money.

So for several months now, I’ve been getting a cup full of milk and coffee instead of a cappuccino at different locations. I always ask them to pease be mindful that it’s not a latte, cappuccino is foam based. Usually they just slap the “we just press a button” phrase and today some guy said to me: “ you bought that at Baskin or Starbucks we don’t do that here” I mean, I’ve been getting cappuccinos form Dunkin for over 20 years. He insisted not at Dunkin, I said it’s on the menu and I usually get it. He said “we only steam the milk, sorry”.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood almost 10 years and I used to avoid this location, because of the staff, but they have the most amazing staff as of the last few years and management has really picked this place up! I come through the drive through every morning, they always remember my name and provide the best food and service. Now it’s one of my favorite locations in Tampa ?

Food and drink are nasty. One of the employees is wearing a shower cap and they used expired milk in my drink. I’ve ordered the same stuff at a different Dunkin and the food they gave me makes me wanna vomit. Not coming back ever again

I have bought here several times, it is always unpleasant, today I was really passing by and I remembered this place where I bought because I had to go to the bathroom urgently, it is something natural and physiological, while I was asking a friendly white-skinned girl, she got into The conversation was a woman with black skin with a tattooed neck, with a man's voice telling me that it is only for clients, I just smiled and turned around, she was already looking at me from the moment I entered, so she doesn't like Latinos either. What a disappointment in society, empathy in this country is more horrible every day,
