If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a frozen butter pecan frozen coffee here and it was the most disgusting thing. The coffee on the left the much darker one is the one we got at this location. It did not taste like coffee maybe toilet water or something but we stopped by another location and asked if they could remake it and they were happy to remake it and made it the right way! Which is the lighter one on the right. Thank you to the Dunkin 911 N Dale Mabry for being so kind and remaking our coffee.Please if you can go any where else to get your coffee!!!

Note - this negative review applies to the store and it's upper management, not the one poor soul who was trying to do everything by himself. The bathrooms - against Florida law - were unavailable because there was only one person working, who had no time to clean them. Again, this is not on him - he should have had help. It took considerably longer to get our mobile orders than we have experienced at any other DD. Again, this is because he was dealing with drive through, walk-in and mobile solo. I would like to think this debacle was a one-off, that someone called in sick and couldn't be replaced, but that's not the impression I got. The sole worker was absolutely courteous, moving as fast as he could, getting things done, and deserves better.

I love visiting Dunkin and getting a blueberry glazed doughnut. One of the highlights of my day.This time was No different with the exception of having to wait for service and a greeting. Not upset as the person working was apparently the only one present at the moment. Definitely, the store itself is in need of more staff so that they can eliminate wait time for clients.

Krista or (the Manager) is an idiot!! She has no knowledge of the products she’s selling! I ordered a coffee in drive threw and she corrected me 3 times and when I got to the window she was talking so loudly about me not being able to order correctly I could hear her from my car . I asked to speak to a manager and surprise she’s in charge. With someone like her running things your business is awful I won’t spend money here again!
