I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and it was below average for sure. I could have made a much better sandwich for cheaper. I will not be going back.

I really liked the service and the person that took my order was really nice, I’m a picky eater and I only have meat and cheese on my sandwich but the sandwich wasn’t dry at all I loved there turkey it was nice and juicy

There never seems to be any employees present at this location. People form a line and eventually walk away with no employees in sight.

This place is terrible.

I receive emails from Earl of Sandwich. I went looking for the one I last visited and they have closed. Decided to read reviews for the next closest store. Because majority of them are very unfavorable, I'm thinking I may not return. OK District Manager, can you please influence your store in Tampa to step up their game?! I'm fearful if you don't.

We walked up and there were no employees behind the counter. After waiting at least 5 mins finally 3 people come from the back. Several people got in line after us but it was not busy. I watched as a male employee put onions and tomatoes on my sandwich and wrap it up. A minute later he took the order off the shelf, unwrapped my sandwich, and removed the onions and the tomatoes and wrapped it back up. When we were handed the order I immediately slid the sandwich back to the employee and told her my sandwich needs to be remade since I actually saw him do it because he blatantly didn't read the order. That man left and went to the back leaving another girl to remake my sandwich plus all the people behind us. Yet another employee came from the back and grabbed something and left. So at minimum there were 4 people working and these 2 girls at front were doing it all. Thank goodness I don't have a severe allergy but if that were actually the case then it would have been catastrophic.

Ordered four sandwiches, the portion of meat on the sandwich was pathetic. In fact, I even snapped three photos of one of the sorry looking sandwiches and sent it to the corporate office, they did not reply. Take a moment to read all of the negative reviews at this location. A word to the wise, do not waste your money on a sandwich that will consist of a "big" piece of bread and nothing else!

I love coming to EOS in international plaza the Managers Eric and Danny are wonderful and they have learned my sandwich so when they see me they get right to making it immediately and they alway give great customer service and great conversation

I definitely wouldn't recommend going here. There were only one or two people in front of me when I ordered and I waited over a half an hour to get a verymediocre sandwich & bag of chips. Not worth it.
