We had a seating for six. The entire experience was unbelievable in its disfunction. We enjoy fine dining as a sport, and this was likely the worst dining experience we have experienced at any location, especially a restaurant with a Michelin star. I will save a long drawn out review by just telling you to read the recent reviews and BELIEVE what you are reading. The food is excellent, but we left after 4 hours and had two or three courses remaining. The kitchen is clearly dysfunctional, but the service is absolutely the worst. Pony tail is arrogance personified. Such a disappointing experience.
Overall a great experience. Disappointed not to have had an appearance from the Chef . Overall the meal was great, nicely presented and paced. Wine pairing also worked well.
Seriously not worth the expense. My second time dining there. The first time it was mediocre, this time a waste of calories. Can't believe it's Michelin starred.
100% the place to go for a special, quiet and enjoyable dinner. The prestige menu was fabulous, and the wine pairings were right on par. My wife and I brought our 4 month old and the atmosphere was so nice, she just slept the whole time so we were able to enjoy. Our server Hannah was phenomenal and made sure our experience was special as this was our dinner for both of our birthdays which fall on the same week. I would recommend EBBE 10x over the bad experience and treatment I received from Lilac just the night before.
My only complaint is their “pay ahead” system, which seemed to have glitched somehow in regards to our receipt and left us unable to leave the server a tip on the card, which just did not sit right with me after spending $1000 on food and receiving such wonderful service from Hannah, so I was sure to tip in cash.

The quality of the food and presentation were excellent. Beautiful platings and great taste that pairing nicely with the wine pairings. You could tell the chef and kitchen put a lot of thought into this. However for a Michelin star restaurant, everything else must also be top notch. The service was mediocre at best. While our server was polite, you could tell they have no experience in fine dining. No conversation or descriptions other than some canned statements you could tell they were told say when they delivered the plates. They also gave the feel that they did not want to be there and couldn't wait to leave. The wine pairings were barely more than a one sip. For the price we paid at over $500 per person you would expect a lot more effort would have been put by the chef and proprietor towards the whole experience, not just the quality of the food and artistic platings. Also the bathroom was dirty and unkempt. In summary, the meal was delicious but everything else was not close to what you would expect from a Michelin fine dining restaurant, and we have been to several.
I'm a frequent diner and go to Michelin star restaurants at least once or twice a month You first walked into this austere restaurant no hostess to see you or greet you. The room is cold with minimalistic decor. Somebody from the back finally came out noticed that we had this lost and confused. Look on our face and seated us at a counter style bar. The waitress/server was arrogant and condescending . We thought we were in an SNL skit. It was so bad and her arrogance continued throughout the entire meal as if they were better than the customer . We did the à la carte menu I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of choice of wines by the glass or by the bottle . The seared foie gras was uneditable ,horrible cut, explained that to the server which she rolled her eyes and asked if we wanted to cook it more which I explained to her and showed her it was a poor cut and should not have been served no matter how long you cook it. I had the venison which was tasty, but could not have been more than 2 ounces as my main course . The only highlight was a gentleman Chef, who was in charge of The Fish Hardly a Michelin star experience service was poor ,food was mediocre. Decor was terrible. The next day we went to another Michelin star restaurant in Tampa lilac, which lived up to our expectations Don't waste your time at this place
This was an outstanding date night. Every dish was prepared with care and style. There is a good story behind each dish. There were 2 tasting menus to choose from. The chef's did an amazing job with the presentation and taste profile. I really enjoyed the Scandinavian influence behind the dishes. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Different cooks would bring out different dishes and chat which made you feel welcome and cozy. This restaurant definately deserves its michelin star! Will visit again for sure.

If you're used to a tasting menu/restaurant... this is by far the worst I've ever been to.... I couldn't wait for the last serving so we could leave! They have ALOT of improvements to make... like fire the chef immediately. Hire someone that can make the atmosphere more inviting. You just in a plain jane boring room, very cold feeling. And the food is terrible. Service was AMAZING however!
Five stars all around. Do the wine pairing definitely worth it. Not a single miss on the meal. I'd definitely return again.

This was a special event with a chef from Bangkok. Each course was creative, beautiful and delicious. The hamachi was a stand out in presentation and taste. The wine pairing was also excellent and featured two sakes, which was a new experience for us.
We like to treat ourselves to a Michelin or bib gourmand restaurant every few months. Dined at most in the area. EBBE didn't quite live up to what we have experienced at others locally or internationally. We picked the extended menu with the higher end wine pairing and, while the food was certainly good, it wasn't excellent. We did get layered flavors in a few dishes but it was the exception instead of the rule. For half to one third the price we can dine at Rooster and the Till and have a better overall experience. Staff was very kind and helpful, but not overly so. For instance, many places will come fold your napkin and re-place when you get up to use the restroom, not here. And all the utensils are out from the beginning, which felt a bit lazy. When spending this kind of $$ it should feel like you are being served, part of the ambiance and special occasion.
My wife and I came here from Miami to celebrate our birthdays and had the most wonderful time. Food was excellent and Ocean took the best care of us. One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time and we can’t wait to come back.

Was very excited about this restaurant for our anniversary and did not have a great experience. For $1200 Michelin star dinner, the service was extremely inadequate. We arrived for 8 PM reservation and were not sat until 8:32. They brought our first wine pairing and didn't bring the food out for about 12 minutes where we had both finished our wine that was supposed to be paired with the app. I had to ask for more water multiple times. The dishes were somewhat explained, but they never really checked back on us . Overall was very disappointed compared to other Michelin star restaurants I've been to and will not be returning.
