On May 24, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at EBBE in Tampa and let’s just say, we’re still emotionally recovering from how incredible it was. From the first pour to the last bite, it felt less like a typical night out and more like being invited into someone’s inner circle… if that someone was Chef Ebbe and he just happened to be a culinary genius.

We had an incredible experience at EBBE. Each dish was unique with thoughtful flavors and wine pairings. You can tell Chef and his team put heart into preparing the courses. We especially enjoyed speaking with our host, as well as a chef Ebbe, throughout our experience. We will definitely be back to try the menu when it changes again. Thank you for a memorable evening.
