This was a special event with a chef from Bangkok. Each course was creative, beautiful and delicious. The hamachi was a stand out in presentation and taste. The wine pairing was also excellent and featured two sakes, which was a new experience for us.
We like to treat ourselves to a Michelin or bib gourmand restaurant every few months. Dined at most in the area. EBBE didn't quite live up to what we have experienced at others locally or internationally. We picked the extended menu with the higher end wine pairing and, while the food was certainly good, it wasn't excellent. We did get layered flavors in a few dishes but it was the exception instead of the rule. For half to one third the price we can dine at Rooster...
My wife and I came here from Miami to celebrate our birthdays and had the most wonderful time. Food was excellent and Ocean took the best care of us. One of the best meals we've had in a long time and we can't wait to come back.
