Edison: Food+Drink Lab offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious and unique flavored dishes. The craft cocktails, grilled octopus appetizer, and potato-crusted oysters are popular menu items. The seared duck breast, grilled beef fillet, and hat yay fried chicken are fantastic. It is a place with great food, drinks, and vibes, perfect for a lovely night out. The service is fabulous, and the food is fantastic. Consistently a 10/10 over the years, the food is always good, and the service is attentive. The menu is well-done, and the choices are great and flavorful. The cocktail and wine list are extensive and tasty. The homemade sourdough bread, which is phenomenal, and the key lime pie, which is amazing, are highlights. The plated arrangement of both main course and dessert is beautiful.
