As always, my dining experience was excellent. I cannot help but feel impressed with the food each time I eat at Edison.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN ALL OF TAMPA!! I have NEVER had a bad meal at edison. Last night didn't disappoint. My husband and I had the 5 course tasting menu. As always, it was innovative and delicious. I still don't know how the chef comes up with the amazing recipes on the menu.
We come twice a year for different occasions and it is ALWAYS the best meal of our year. Truly the best meals of my life are here. I'm obsessed with you all. Keep it up-you are next level!
The food at Edison is always innovative & amazing! However, I think the Iberico dish I had last night was the BEST dish I have ever had at Edison. That says a lot since I have been going to this restaurant for years. THEY OUTDID THEMSELVES with this dish! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP IT ON THE MENU!!!!!
This was a culinary adventure! Absolutely perfect start to finish, and our server, Stephanie, made the experience even more perfect!
Our second time back and it was great! Our server staff was amazing and food was outstanding.
Smaller and smaller servings with higher and higher prices Highly recommend you eat elsewhere. I won’t go back sadly, it was great in the past but no Loy
Food and service were excellent!!!
Impeccable service. We enjoyed the oysters, duck, and fish, and a surprisingly delightful sage shortbread desert. We were intrigued by the tasting menu and decided trying that will be a good reason to return
We really enjoyed dining at Edison. Service and food presentation were lovely. We absolutely loved the pimento cheese croquettes. Two at the table asked for the scallops as their entrees and were very pleased. tFour of us ordered the duck — it was very dry and, hence, a bit disappointing.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating we went there with our 1 month old baby and they helped bring all the food out very quickly.
Best dishes: bone marrow, little gem salad, octopus, fried cheese croquettes (I loved them my wife did not lol), short bread dessert.
Kid-friendliness: Accommodated very well for baby with us

I love going here and getting the chef's tasting menu once a month. I really enjoy how they like to experiment with food, and it's something that breaks me away from going to restaurants that just want to have a settled menu of popular items. The other big thing I absolutely love is that they create a mocktail pairing for me since I don't drink alcohol for the wine pairing. The bartender comes over to my table and asks about what I like and don't like in my drinks, and he creates an ad hoc mocktail pairing to match the 5 courses. The food is really good, but bear in mind that it is experimental, so it's not going to be "perfect" like you would expect at a typical Michelin Star restaurant. But otherwise, the experience is better than some Michelin Star restaurants I go to. So if you want to go out to dinner, have a good time and experiment a little bit, head over to Edison.

Our meal was absolutely phenomenal! This was my first time back in a few years and the food is even more amazing now than it was before! The service was top notch and the signature cocktails did not disappoint! I highly recommend and won’t be waiting a year before coming back for more. 10/10 thank you for another great dining experience!

This was the best tasting experience we have had in Tampa so far. Believe me, we have had many that ended in disappointment. Their current tasting menu is Spanish inspired and is absolutely scrumptious. The only course that seemed slightly out of place was the foie gras. Otherwise, you are on a journey with cumin and it's relatives. Great menu and great wine pairings! Try the Tampa Tampa rose ? from the cocktail menu if you can! Huge thank you to Yogi for sharing your stories with us - you accentuated our dining experience.
