We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. We arrived early for our reservation time and they were able to accommodate us immediately. We were delighted with the excellent hospitality we received from the moment we arrived and quickly greeted by our server Nick. The menu offered a moderate number of options, all of which appeared to be thoughtfully curated with unique ingredients and flavors. We truly enjoyed our visit to Edison. The atmosphere was great, the cocktails were excellent, and both the appetizer and main entrées were outstanding — everything was flavorful and well prepared. Unfortunately, the desserts were a disappointment compared to the rest of the meal. We ordered the espresso flancocho and the key lime pie, and both fell short of expectations. The flan, in particular, was dense and lacked the creamy texture and flavor we were hoping for. Edison remains...
We returned after a long time away and were disappointed. Service was great, but we were told one menu item was being substituted because the sister restaurant had “taken it all”. The duck breast was extremely rare (not med rare as requested) and full of tendons. The NY strip was also chewy and full of tendons. It seems like the quality of ingredients has declined over time.
