Staff has attitudes. I watch them drop my food on the floor and then repackage it and put it in my bag and try to hand it to me.. I confronted them about it they said they threw it away when I clearly watch them put it back in the bag.. I've tried to give this location many many chances and at this point in time I'm sickened by the way they treat people and food health safety in general here.
I don't recommend going here I would advise staying far far away. It pains me to say this as it is a favorite place I like to grab breakfast and there's not another one around for miles and having to avoid it is going to change my morning routine but I don't feel safe eating their food any longer.
Accidents happen I get but when somebody clearly repackages food from the floor that's absolutely nasty especially when you ask them to take care of it and they argue with you

Love this place. They have wonderful choice of very fresh bagels and an amazing customer service. One week ago, on the way back home we realized that we left our dog’s water container. It was to far to go back and I made a phone call. Very nice lady responded they have it and will keep it Today, after one week I received it back immediately after the arrival and without any problem. I’m impressed. Those service guys are extremely nice and they are doing wonderful job. Great team. We love your fresh bagels, and you will see us more often. Thank you very much.

I walk my dog to the south Tampa Einstein every weekend for a coffee and bagel for myself , and a doggy bagel for the pup. The staff is friendly and the bakery is always clean and inviting . The GM here is AMAZING. She greets regulars by name and is always working hard to make sure the morning rush goes smoothly. The bagels are very good but the customer service is outstanding here.

Golly, their bagels are good! Don't ask me why I waited my entire life to try Einstein bro's bagels, I've been living under a rock and just didn't come out until recently. Their bagels looked so good, so fresh, I will definitely be coming back for their Everything bagel. I've got my eye on that one.

Had a takeout order from Einstein Bagels - Dale Mabry, Tampa, for an important office meeting. They packed everything well but forgot the shmears & spreads. Once I called, they quickly corrected the mistake and delivered the missing items. However, I’m giving 3 stars because this shouldn't have happened in the first place—if our location was farther, our breakfast would have been ruined. Also, the coffee wasn’t hot enough; we’ve had coffee from other places that stays hot for much longer. Though the takeout experience wasn’t great, I still appreciate their prompt customer service!

Dirty not clean. They served one sesame bagel with ultra thin slice of swiss cheese and tomato. Coffee is very bad too. Bagels are good taste and size is enough.
This is the best Einstein Bros location I’ve ever been to. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic.

This is unacceptable and outrageous. I went in this morning to get a dozen box to share in school. They usually come with two boxes but today it was all bagels stuffed in one box. I was wondering why and asked for an empty box to separate on my own in the store. Once I started to divide the bagels into two boxes, I found out there were a few are cold, stale and hard. So I asked the staff Who packed mine and she told me they are all freshly baked. I was in a rush and put half of bagels to another box and left the store. Now I am at work and it turns out that all the bottom bagels in one box are cold, small, hard ones. For sure they are not fresh and they were hidden in the bottom so I won't find out at the beginning. I can not share these with others! For the 20 dollars I spent in my neighbor store, it is such a waste and disappointment. DO NOT recommend this store for its dishonesty and poor quality.
