I was back in town with family and how I missed a good bagel sandwich for breakfast. I went here 4 days in a row and was never disappointed.

Toasted bagel w/cream cheese was like rubber when I got it home after a 2 min drive....won't be returning after spending $5 for a bagel

I don’t usually do reviews I’ve probably done 5 my entire lifetime… but what the heck Einsteins? I LOVE this place one of my favorite breakfast spots but this morning I not only spent $30 (DoorDash ($8) delivery fee too plus tip) on a bagel a hash brown and a coffee I expect to be at least cooked right. Again NEVER had a problem with this place but your ruined my morning my cloves caramel macchiato tastes like straight soap and the bottom of my brisket bagel thing is all slimy and stuck to the wrapper like it was microwaved and my twice baked hashbrown was dry af like COME ON 😭😭😭 I’m so sad

When I tell you these bagels are so good and on point you guys got to try their brisket bagel let me tell you something. Their pricing is a little uppity up but let me tell you something it was worth every dollar that I spent first I had treated my best friend for breakfast after I dropped her home I had a U-turn and pick me up some breakfast the same sandwich and the cinnamon toast bagel is the bomb you guys got to try it. My suggestion is just to get the food there because if you get the food and the drink it's going to be a little too high. Go ahead and get the food there in a drink somewhere else it's a tea shop right by this establishment that sells boba tea they're pretty good also their customer service was the bomb

Im sorry I truly am but I just just brought home 46 dollars worth of food and nobody was happy... as I was giving my order the cashier continuously tried to change it. BLT is pretty simple. Tried to change it. It literally was a half slice of lettuce a tomato slice so thin that it al out went unnoticeable and a piece of bacon cut in half... smh a ham and egg where the ham looked it came out of an Oscar Mayer pkg and everything was cold not toasted and not scooped. I ordered a sausage bacon burrito and received a jalapeño bagel with turkey sausage and some red god k ows what..I threw it out.. I am very disappointed.. best of luck to you... you wo t see me again.. I'll get my bagel at Publix... smh.

I visited this location at 1:30pm on Thursday, August 29th. I ordered a Tasty Turkey and an iced tea. I knew issues would start when the cashier barely said a word to me, never instructed me to pay/how to pay, never mentioned a total, anything. The whole experience was awkward. After I paid, I stepped aside to wait for my tea and sandwich. The cashier had my iced tea cup in her hand and began helping the next customers. I would’ve assumed she’d be getting the iced tea after taking my order, but she stood there with the cup in her hand and her finger in her mouth (gross) with her other hand as she helped other customers. I received my sandwich promptly and asked the sandwich maker if she could get my iced tea. She let me know that the cashier would be getting my tea. So I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. After 10 minutes I finally spoke up and asked the cashier about my tea. She acted as if I was the rude one and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when she apologized to the next customer and rolled her eyes at her while talking about me. She even had the audacity to inform me they were closing soon (mind you I had waited over 10 minutes at this point). She then put the cup away and started to make a hot tea. At this point, a manager came from the back and she asked her what she was doing. The cashier seemed baffled about iced tea and the manager informed me that she didn’t realize she had iced tea, so the manager went in the back to get the tea for me. I was finally able to sit down and eat. The cashier then began sweeping the area around me, including under my feet while I was trying to eat. The icing on the cake was when I went to use the restrooms after eating and they were in such terrible shape. The soap dispenser was smashed and laying on top of the toilet. I went to the Einsteins website to submit my complaint. It’s now been two weeks and I haven’t heard anything back. As someone who frequents Einsteins in Orlando and am on a first name basis with the staff, I was absolutely disgusted by my experience in Tampa.

Stopped in this morning 8/20/24 and decided on something different. Before ordering, I told the cashier I don't eat pork, so please no bacon on my sandwich. I get home, ready to eat my sandwich, surprise, surprise ? what's on my sandwich, bacon.?
Right now, I'm not upset, I'm more curious to know what's the solution to this attack on my mental health. ? I live 40 mins from the store, so I'm not turning around to go back. Now, what am I supposed to eat for breakfast? The workers in the store had one job, make my sandwich correctly, and they couldn't do that simple task.
Lessoned learned, never leave Einstein bagels before checking my sandwich, or maybe, just find another bagel shop.
I miss NY bagels.?
