The service is horrible, and you would think the hospital would serve some healthy food. But everything is loaded with HFCS, it's insane. No heavy cream for the coffee and they don't take cash. They will never get another dime from me.

This morning before I went to my appointment I stopped at Einstein‘s to have breakfast I’m not allowed to have the coffee so I asked an employee. Could I trade the coffee for another drink even if it was water they told me no ma’am you could not so I just left and didn’t order anything because I feel that it’s unfair I shouldn’t be forced to drink coffee if I can’t have it very rude snobbish thank you.

OMG. I ordered a ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I had to repeat the order three times and when I got home an hour away this is what I got. No egg, ham barely there, cheese thin as paper. Let's all from now on open up our order in front of the staff and ask them if they would pay for what they just gave us. Let's all do it. Come on. Only this way it will change. I will be back on May 19. Freezing the bagle and thawing it out the day before and delivering it back to them.

I cannot expresses how much I love this place and the stafff omggg amazing. U always go down and the staffffff always cheers up my mood . Damm Those people need a raise . Especially miss Agnes. Love here!!

We were in the neighborhood, and looking for a place to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast/lunch, and Einsteins USF came to mind, since we had a few doctors appointment there in the past. I cannot praise the staff the food and the atmosphere enough. The bagels we had were delicious and fresh, the staff was kind and knowledgeable about their products, the place was clean as a whistle(an old expression for very clean) and believe it or not, us having breakfast at a medical facility was a great idea for us.. Looking forward to returning again, but not for any tests, just good food and great service.

They go out of their way to make sure you’re set. I was waiting patiently and a gal checked on me to see what I was waiting for. She stopped what she was doing and got it for me. I really didn’t expect that and I appreciated it tremendously. 10/10 would recommend!

Came to this location for 2 reasons. It said it had a drive thru in the description and it said it closed at 3pm. When I arrived I drove in circles around the usf campus looking for a drive thru. Turns out there isn’t one. I asked a usf staff member where Einsteins was located, she told me I had to get out of my car and walk to the building but I’d better hurry because they close at 2pm??( It was 1:54 at the time). I was very disappointed because the 2 reasons I drove to this location ended up not being true. * No drive thru *Doesn’t close at 3
Men who have beards and work with food should be wearing special protective nets designed for beards. It's a universal hygiene standard for public restaurants. Why the manager doesn't think it's important - is beyond me!
