First I thought it was a Puerto Rican bakery because of the name coqui but not even close and the food is not bad per day nothing special.

Parking: It's some what ok due to it gets busy at lunch time also it's like a mini shopping center

El Coqui Bakery in Tampa truly delivers jamón, queso y huevo, the real deal! Their sandwiches are expertly crafted with high-quality ingredients that transport you straight to the island. The friendly service and the owner’s personal touch coming out and asking how is the sandwich made my visit special. Don’t miss out on this delightful experience!
