This is based on my experience and on the cuisine I know only. The restaurant wasn't really busy, under 10 people and most were already eating but it did take over 25 min to get the appetizer. I ordered the papa la huancaina and it did not taste at all to the peruvian plate I'm used to. Hard to explain but the colors were off and the flavor just wasn't there at all. I ordered a Lomo saltado and the positive of this plate was the portion size def better than expected. The meat was amazing and I personally feel their strong plates are the Argentinian dishes. If your looking for authentic peruvian I would look elsewhere based on price and food but if you are wanting some extraordinary meat that taste like from Argentina you are in the right place! I ended up making it to go.

The food was great. We decided to eat there because all the great reviews. The waiters didn’t speak English so I ended with salad but without any dressing ??‍♀️.

My dish had a little too much sauce, which kind of drowned the vegetables, but it was still tasty. The ceviche was super! Fresh and zesty with plenty of fish and shrimp. The only downer was the service. The waitress didn't speak english very well, so at times, communication was difficult.

Service: It was one of the worst services I’ve had. We were not greeted at the door. The server barely said hi. It looks like she was in a bad mood.Food: it was delicious. The food portions are huge. I had the milanesa chicken.Atmosphere: no background music. I could hear people talking all the way across the room. The floor was dirty. Also, don’t let the “white table cloth” fool ya. It has a white paper covering the table cloth. No baby changing station. This place looks sad. And everyone that works there looked sad. It was a bad vibe.Overall, the food is good but I’ll never come back to this place.

The atmosphere was super sad, the reception was not very positive and the waiter was super depressed. We ordered two cokes and I didn't even let him finish preparing them. What a pity!!!

Came from Atlanta to celebrate my sister’s and niece’s birthdays. Told them we could go anywhere and they chose El Puerto. It was delicious! Service was great, too!

Don’t waist neither your time nor your money in this place. I don’t even think this place has sanitary conditions to stay opened. Staff were rude, food was awful and disgusting. Prices are too expensive for the service or the food. If you use the restrooms you will be disgusted, every single corner is dirty and nasty.
