So excellent. Food was absolutely fantastic, great service, cook atmosphere. This is my favorite Seminole Heights restaurant so far. Slow dinner shift on a Wednesday, had a very good live DJ despite the slowness of the evening. I hear that this place is a music venue as well. I'll definitely be coming back again and again to this place.

Eclectic and cozy. Certainly not your Applebee's :-)Parking: During busy times like nights and weekends, parking in rear fills fast. They do have additional parking across from restaurant behind strip mall. Do NOT park in apartment complex!!

The food was really pretty good but the service was very lackluster. We ordered apps when we sat down and then it took another 15 minutes to get drink orders and then 10 more to get drinks. Don't know if the app order through him off, but there were 6 of us. 10 out of 10 would go back and hope for better service.
We weren't sure where to go for lunch on a Saturday and then I remembered Ella's. It was 3:30 and I made a reservation for 3:45 thinking it was needed. We arrived and it wasn't busy. We sat in a booth downstairs and it was nice. I ordered the ribs as an appetizer and a side of fried green tomatoes. My husband ordered wings and mashed sweet potatoes. The ribs were really a meal. I could not finish 1/2 of a rack. They were very flavorful and the fried green tomatoes were so good. The dipping sauce was delicious. It was not a standard remoulade, it was better. The music was pleasant and service great. Ella's is a great place to go on a Saturday. Get there!

We ordered ribs, shrimp with grits, fried green tomatoes, chicken with waffles and a chimichanga. Attentive service from Charles was a plus. Outdoor patio at a table under a hundred year old tree adds to the atmosphere.

Got the salad, I thinks it’s probably a super fun environment to go to, I guess I wasn’t expecting the live music to be as loud ?. Other people seem to like it though, so that must’ve just been my personal experience. Definitely would like to try other items on the menu.
