Planning a family reunion in a City you don't live in then trying to find a cater can be stressful. But, Eve's Catering is amazing. I probably called or texted more than they wanted, but they were patient and courteous. Now the food, the salmon with that sauce, was sooooo good. The family enjoyed everything. EVE Catering was outstanding!!! From the very beginning, Vandelon was so prompt and helpful in getting it scheduled. Food was delicious, service was fabulous and they made everything so easy! They even plated dinners for those in walkers who couldn't go through buffet line! Chef Eric, Thomas and Thea were professional, respectful and kind, and made my father-in-law's 101st birthday party a huge success! Would definitely hire them again, if we have a 102nd! Thanks...
