Dear Firehouse Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received at one of your locations while working as an Uber Eats delivery driver. The employee who assisted me he have tattoos on the hands and is redhead demonstrated very poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.

When I entered the store, the worker did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Instead, I was left waiting while they held the order in their hand without saying anything to me. However, when another delivery driver arrived, they were promptly asked if they had an order. I was ignored completely, which made me feel disrespected and discriminated against.

I believe this behavior reflects a lack of basic courtesy and ethics, which is unacceptable for someone representing your brand. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure a more respectful and professional environment in the future.

Thought my food was awesome

This is the worst location ever for a Firehouse subs. It would be better of just shut down than staying open. Constantly getting very soggy sandwiches or orders not correct. Today their systems were down and we were practically kicked out with a “well we don’t know when they are back up so…..” hinting at us to just leave.

The employees were so friendly including the manager. Had a few laughs. The new girl did an awesome job. Next time I go to the Arena for a show or anything, I definitely will be returning here for sure. Keep up the great work. 👍😁

Only one star by force. First I would like to say the owner is very rude. I placed a order through Uber eats for a sub. Through the app it does not allow any special request to your sub. I placed the order and called the location to make sure they saw in comments of my request to substitute ham for turkey. The owner refused my request. He said they are not allowed to make changes or special request to any subs. I explained how unfair that is to make me eat something I can't have. I explained to him I have been ordering from that location for years, since when did this happen. Any location you go to, will make your sub however you want it. He said not his location. I found this to be very unaccommodating. Not only was he rude about it, I was denied a refund because he submitted to Uber eats the order as made. Please do not order from this location. As social media critic, I have never been anywhere that would not allow me to make request or adjustments to my order.

I’ve been to several Firehouse Subs, but this location stands out as the absolute best!
It was by far the cleanest and had the most welcoming atmosphere.
The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Priscilla, who made our subs with such great energy. She really made the experience memorable.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this Firehouse Subs!

As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a smile. Priscilla really went above and beyond to make sure my 2 boys felt welcomed and enjoyment. 10/10 on all accounts.

Special shout out to the ladies of South Dale Mabry! Not often do I do a review for a pleasant experience. But these ladies deserve it. Thx Pricilla, Doris and Tee for the smiles and great customer service! I'll definitely eat here again!

My Italian sub was so magnificently delicious I got an Italian warm it came out perfect the inside of the deli shop was very clean, which was very pleasant to see the workers were super friendly. Will definitely come back again!! and shout to the workers for keeping my purse safe!!!
