Ordered same sandwich as I always do through DoorDash. Sandwich I received not what I ordered. Called the location employee raised his voice at me and told me it was fixed according to the order he received. Took no responsibility and was very disrespectful and dismissive. My order was placed as usual. Terrible customer service and the do not care whether you get what you ordered.

I stopped by Firehouse Subs for lunch and was really impressed. The staff was super friendly and quick, even though it was a bit busy. I got the Spicey Dill Hook & Ladder and it was honestly one of the best subs I’ve had in a while—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and the bread was perfectly toasted. You can tell they care about the quality. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed vibe too. Whoever owns an operates this place is doing a phenomenal job with not only the food but the customer service. Definitely coming back!

One of the best chain sub shops around. Haven't had any order mix ups, everything has been fresh and consistent. Staff welcome you at the door, and work quickly to take your order and get you out the door happy. Also very clean store. 10/10 recommend over Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike's...not to mention you're helping fire fighters when you order Firehouse subs. :) also a nice touch too that they offer gluten free buns to the gluten sensitive or allergy customers.

Mike, Ben, Shawn, are the best and would recommend coming here just to be at their company. They make the best subs ever and are genuinely nicest people ever. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.
