Arrived at 7:45 pm and hadn’t even even enter the building when the cashier, told me that they were close in a very rude manner. While getting in my car a couple entered to pick up food and I witnessed them almost getting their food thrown at them.So they were just milking the clock not wanting to work, I wish the owner knew how much business he’s losing with employees doing that. The cashier was a short white male had short hair (going bald)with glasses. Don’t go after 6 pm on weekends.

I got the hook and ladder sandwich which was filled with mayo entirely TO MUCH mayo! I originally ordered a small sandwich when they showed me the size of the small it was literally the size of a kids meal sandwich that they offer. the small sandwiches are priced at 6.29 which is the same sandwich that comes with the kids meal but you can also get the entire kids meal for $6.99 which includes a drink snack chips and sandwich! This place is a complete rip-off for the prices and sizes that they offer for sandwiches I've never in my life seen a small sub that was literally 4/5 inches this is ridiculous. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. But after getting home and opening my sandwich I realized it was heavy with mayo very sloppy prepared and it did not taste like the hook and ladder that I remember. I would recommend going to the location on Dale mabry they have never failed me BUT this location on Fowler needs to be properly trained on how to evenly portion condiments on sandwiches no one wants a sloppy sandwich. I was very disappointed after this visit and felt like I spent my hard earned money on nothing.
