Walked in here to get lunch for the office. I opened the door because it was unlocked and stood at the counter until someone came to the front. Before I even opened my mouth I was kicked out because they were not open yet. Not sure that was warranted but I will not be coming back and politely take my business else where. Thank you Mr. Angry Long haired beard guy with no hair net.
Just did a delivery request through the app and they completely made my sub wrong AGAIN and I did not get my overpriced bottle of soda. Why can people not read what the order says, on my print out attached to the bag is exactly how it should have been made but they must have someone there making subs who needs assistance reading. This location has truly gone downhill.

This was my 5th or 6th visit to this location in 4 months. 100% recommend, one of, if not the very best Firehouse location I've visited and I go a lot all over the SE US. Food, quality, service and staff here are always on point and the sore and restrooms are super clean. This location should be a training store!
