I had a sweet young lady name Gigi make my sandwich. I got a steak and cheese and it was so good! She asked what I wanted and when I said the things I wanted (just a little) she made the effort to make sure it was just a little. She explained to me the different sandwiches to help me make my mind. Store was clean and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place. I cannot believe I have never tried this place until now!

Place is always dirty food took 30 min for 2 subs very rude service girls are 2 busy talking to each other and on their phones she was in freaking sandals making my food just nasty

Gave this place another shot and it was clean this time but same issue with employees are there foods while taking my order while making my order they r at work they shouldn't be on their phone when they r making foods and taking orders

I stopped by today to have a sandwich the sandwich was pretty good actually. The girl working the counter was very rude didn't say three words to me no thank you no nothing toss the sandwich up on the counter here you go. This is ridiculous customer service. Maybe that's why I was the only one in the place. I will never be going back there again.

We had a horrible day with a pet emergency and wanted comfort food, familiar food, at a reasonable price, and quickly. That's exactly what we got! I love that Firehouse has new items to try from time to time and that we get points when we order online on Mondays! The only reason I gave less than 5 stars was because the brownies were a little stale but still tasted good.
