Firehouse Subs Carrollwood

I stopped by today to have a sandwich the sandwich was pretty good actually. The girl working the counter was very rude didn't say three words to me no thank you no nothing toss the sandwich up on the counter here you go. This is ridiculous customer service. Maybe that's why I was the only one in the place. I will never be going back there again.

We had a horrible day with a pet emergency and wanted comfort food, familiar food, at a reasonable price, and quickly. That's exactly what we got! I love that Firehouse has new items to try from time to time and that we get points when we order online on Mondays! The only reason I gave less than 5 stars was because the brownies were a little stale but still tasted good.

This is a rare negative review or maybe the only negative review of Firehouse Subs by myself. They missed the bacon on my carryout sub AND the bag's safety tape was broken, or not securely taped, like just hanging on, and greasy fingerprints were all over the top of the bag. I should have insisted on a new sandwich or a refund. The whole thing was really suspect.
