I placed an order via one of the online apps and arrived at the time it said my food would be ready. When I walked in the restaurant there was a good amount of customers seated but no staff in sight. I waited by the host station for about 5 minutes, another customer came and stood where I was standing. Finally, a young lady came towards the front with a to-go bag, she did not greet me or anyone else standing at the front. I asked her if the order was for me, she ignored me and cashed out the customer who came to the front AFTER I WAS ALREADY THERE. She was polite to him and started helping him. I pointed out that I was there before he was and I was trying to determine if my food was ready. She rudely replied that there were several people up front waiting for their order and that I needed to move aside. I, again, simply tried to ask her about my order and she rudely stated the food wasn’t ready. No one else ever came from the back of the restaurant. Another customer came in to pick up an order and had to yell to get her attention, she was rude to this customer as well.
I will not order from this restaurant ever again and I couldn’t cancel my order because the app wouldn’t provide a refund if “the restaurant already stated preparing the food”. I waited 25 minutes PAST the time the food was supposed to be ready. Another lady brought my food out and I told her about the treatment I received and witnessed. Happy holidays, right???

I normally go to the place in Brandon, but it goes to show how the company itself is a good business when they have a reproducible service that outputs the same great experience as any other store.

I came here for Sunday brunch with my toddler. Maria at the front was super kind and ever accommodative. My server BLAKE was amazing!!! He got my food and drinks to us
So quickly especially with a toddler…that is necessary and critical. He was on point with everything.
The food was hot and delicious. I am definitely coming back and requesting him! Management should give him a bonus check! Or buy him a shift meal ! See Yall soon!

Positive great experience from the moment we walked up to the entrance. Warm sincere greeting, great seasonal menu addition, food expertly made to order, and attentively served. The pumpkin pancakes are a MUST!!

Food was really good, except for the grits. All else was fantastic.
Highly Recommended, just don’t get the grits.

Have been a few times to this place and I think it really deserves the review.
Very clean location. Never had a dirty coffee cup as it always happens in other restaurants. Food is delicious, fresh and hot. Servers are very nice and professional. I’m not a dine out person because of how scary is to eat out without knowing what are the kitchen conditions but I will definitely keep this location as one of my choices if I want to go out to eat. Thank you First Watch Henderson Rd.

Excessively, extremely overinflated prices. $55 for two plain basic waffles, coffee and some bacon, with the barest service, and a noisy cramped dining room. Easily the worst value for money I have ever received in 30+ years of eating out. Like some places are expensive but their atmosphere or service makes up for it, this is nothing. Literal nothing. Please avoid this place unless you actually have no concept of the value of your money - in which case you fit right into First Watch's target demographic, I imagine.

If you want am enjoyable breakfast this is the place to go
. It's a little crowded, but that's ok.
Our server ( Frankie) was attentive and apologized for delay in receiving our food.
Once received the million$ bacon was consumed along with other breakfast items

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to any dietary restrictions

Kid-friendliness: Family restaurant and plenty were there

Decent brunch restaurant. Not great. Not bad. Solidly average. This location was extremely busy when I visited. Plan accordingly.

Surprisingly good. Without a doubt the best “First Watch” I’ve visited. Even though it was pretty busy throughout the week it provided a rather fast service. The atmosphere is not the reason you want to visit this chain. With that out of the way service is up to standard with what the chain offers which is below average. You won’t be getting napkins and when you ask it kind of bothers them.

Coffee in its own is the main reason to visit this precise location, it’s just better than most coffee shops! Take this from a coffee passionate who gets coffee 6-8 times a day and will wake up with coffee and go to bed with another cup of coffee.

Food is ok, at least they don’t serve you burned potatoes like 90% of the chain does and the fruit was fresh. Most of the time they show signs of frostbite! Haha you know when they dried out from being sliced 4-5 days ago and stashed in the fridge… 3 times I went it wasn’t bad at all!

Over all they need to improve the customer service.

Other than that BEST FIRST WATCH!

(Been to more than 20 locations)

I recommend the Chikichanga and some seasonal burgers when they are available in the small seasonal menu.

Hope they bring back the passion fruit power drink they had not to long ago.

Bland tasting food. My Eggs Benedict Florentine was served on burnt toast which was almost impossible to cut through. Pancakes were tasteless. Wife felt the same way about her food. IHOP is so much better we decided we’re going to go there soon for brunch to get the bad experience out of our mouths and memories.
We also both noticed dirty rag smell, especially when the girl came by to clean nearby tables

Great place for a good breakfast in a comfortable environment! The food quality is very good. While the service is a bit slow at times, most staff are very attentive. The place feels like a nice neighborhood cafe. My only negative comment is the lack of a good espresso coffee!
