I've eaten here many times and the staff and food is amazing. Today, we had a small hiccup in our order, but the staff was very prompt and kind to help us out the evr changing soecials are always amazing and we cant get enoigh of the fresh squeezed juicea. Today, we have Passion Fruit and Purple Haze. They were extremely busy today, and normally, there is a line to check out. The qr code on the receipt to pay was a lot easier than waiting an extra few minutes to try and check out. Make sure to book ahead on the website, or you could be waiting about 20 minutes for a table. Prices are decent and you get plenty of food with your meal. Don't forget to order some appetizers like the donut holes or million dollar bacon. Overall, the experience and people and food is great. Even though today was a rough experience, the average is still above par at first watch. Well, be back.Parking: Sometimes.you have to park by the PGA store.
Blueberry pancakes are really good made with fresh berries, also nice and thick. It comes with a delicious blueberry sauce and warm syrup!! Folks are super friendly and accommodated our party of 11 super fast!!

I placed a pick up order on a Sunday morning. I showed up to the location at the stated pick up time and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. I was not offered an apology or any kind of explanation. I was not the only person that was waiting an extremely large time for food either . If I was sitting in the restaurant from the timr I ordered until I got my food it would have been a almost 50 minute wait
The service was horrible. Our server never checked one us once. Accept when 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. My mother never received her hot tea! Till after her complete order was wrong! I had to ask the hostest for a refill on my mother's tea my dad informed her this is the worst service ever she had to audacity to reply with why do you come back here then.we then asked three separate employees to get a manager in which none of them replied or got the manager.the one girl at the whole system was snickering and laughing. I will never be back to this restaurant and I kind of hope with the service they give they go out of business management sucks!!!

I was with family at First Watch on January 5th in Carrollwood of Tampa. For First Watch; my check #20046. Party of 4 and did not go very well. One of the party didn't receive their meal for I would assume but not exaggerate 15 to 20 minutes later than the entire table.Our Server, female with 1st letter of K, after ordering never really returned to the table. We must have been taken care of by an expediter where we shared multiple times as to the outcome of the Frittata that was ordered. P.S. Don't order the Cinnamon roll as it came out hard and luke warm. Obviously we got the meal.Had to bring this to the attention of the Manager who never came by to apologize. Server K, finally did return to the table with the check only to share that the order was removed from the Check.Dietary restrictions: good options I guess.Parking: No, not necessary. Its a Publix shopping center.
