You will get great service here becasue they care. Very unique.Every meal is 600 calories or less with a balance of protein, carbs, and fats. It makes it very easy to be healthy and you never have to think about what to eat, spend hours a week preparing food, and it's so much more affordable than takeout during the week. I used to go to Fitfood on McMullen Booth Rd. In Clearwater. I watched a segment about FitEx on the news and absolutely loved the fact that they measure every single ingredient that goes into your meal. When you are trying to lose weight that is crucial!. I looked Fit Ex up online and could not believe all the choices in their menu. I decided to take a drive over to Tampa and went in on Sunday morning when they just received a new delivery. Molly was the person on staff and she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and patient.As I started to choose my 14 meals people started coming in and I felt like I needed to hurry. Instead, the customers were so nice and told me to take my time. They were giving rave reviews about the food and telling me how much I would love it!So far I have tried 4 of the 14 meals that I purchased, and they have all been outstanding. They were so good in fact, that I would eat these meals regardless of dieting, I love the fact that the food is freshly prepared, never frozen, and basically clean eating at its finest. All the meals that I saw were under 500 cal. I do not know how you pack that much flavor in a meal that is under 500 cal but THANK YOU!This is absolutely the perfect option for me. As a single person it is way more expensive for me to buy groceries and cook for myself, than to do their meal program (not to mention the fact that these were absolutely restaurant quality and my dinners generally do NOT taste this good lol).All the work is done for me, and I can just enjoy a fresh cooked meal without even thinking about it. Hopefully they will not raise their prices! It is at the perfect price point in my opinion. They also offer a delivery service that is very reasonable, which I may choose to do in the future.Excellent quality and value! Highly recommend.

I used to buy Fit Life meals until my friend told me about this place. I found the Fit Life meals were basic and lacked flavor but I was determined to lose weight. However, the first meal I ate from FitEx was delicious and full of flavor. I had the cheeseburger bowl. Since then, I stopped going to Fit Life and exclusively come to FitEx now. The staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have regarding the meals and what's inside of them. The place is small and I grab and go but you do have the option of having your meals delivered as well.
