Used to love Five Guys. The quality always justified the higher price, and it felt worth paying a few extra dollars for a reliably great burger. But lately, the value just isn’t there anymore.
My most recent visit was another letdown. The burger was dripping grease all over and the buns were soaked. The fries were soft instead of crispy. When the prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down, it’s hard to justify coming back.
Unfortunately, I’m now taking my business to other burger spots like Culver’s, where I feel I’m getting better consistency for the money.

I'm so upset I can't believe what happened so I ordered are cheeseburger a regular fried or regular drink and my cheeseburger was to be all the way after receiving my food and while driving home I discovered my fries were a little undercooked but what really pissed me off was eating my burger and a long hair was in my burger this caused me to throw up I was so pissed I have been trying to call the store but I'm not getting an answer I refuse to go back until I speak to a manager about this situation and the crazy part about it is I'm 4 months pregnant and my baby crave five guys so now I'm driving an additional 6 miles out of the way three or four times a week this is got me mad but it's got my baby's father even madder because he's the one that has to do the driving so five guys I would have given you a five out of five but for this situation you can only get three Stars

Overpriced and Poor Quality
This was my first time trying Five Guys, and it will definitely be the last. The burger has an interesting concept, but the execution was terrible — the taste was bad, the food felt poorly made, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was far from inviting. Worst of all, the prices are outrageous for the quality you get. Extremely expensive for something so disappointing. I would not recommend it.
