I'm so upset I can't believe what happened so I ordered are cheeseburger a regular fried or regular drink and my cheeseburger was to be all the way after receiving my food and while driving home I discovered my fries were a little undercooked but what really pissed me off was eating my burger and a long hair was in my burger this caused me to throw up I was so pissed I have been trying to call the store but I'm not getting an answer I refuse to go back until I speak...
Hands down, one of the best Five Guys experiences I’ve ever had—and I’ve had more than five, if you catch my drift. 😉
It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Contessa, went above and beyond: she kindly explained the new menu options, including the combo meals, and was incredibly patient with my friend, who speaks limited English.
Our food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious....
