Ordered 2 burger and a fry. Never again a waste of $30. Ordered at 11:41 given a time to pick up 6-11 minutes. Should have been ready at 11:49 I got there at 11:49. Time went on after 12 I questioned the order working on it. I can’t even get into more but it took till 12:30 to get my order. I was not happy even left a tip which I wish I didn’t never again. The manager does know how to execute food. Our burgers were in correct and ice cold. To the owner wake up please look at the cameras there were 25 people waiting for food. Horribly ran go to culvers. I should be refunded. All these people and no food if you’re working or in a hurry avoid this place.

Excellent service, the employees were very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was seeing one of the Uber drivers waiting for food orders arguing unpleasantly with another customer. Fortunately, one of the employees did an amazing job de-escalating the situation.

Five guys is our favorite amongst all restaurants if you eat at the one in Indiana if you eat at the one here in Tampa it all taste the same it’s a five guys burger I wish they had a location in Alaska
