I was turned away from ordering because it was exactly 10pm even though I was in line before closing and before the sign was turned off. Poor or negligent service is not my fault. 100% your fault since you did not take my order in time. Rating for the food based on prior experience since I was not given service today.

The place was no bad at all, very simple, chairs not too comfortable, the food was good but not delicious, hamburgers meat are really good and that’s was the best, the fries are terrible in my opinion.

Last time I'll ever step foot in a Five Guys. 38 dollars for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks - insanity. I handed the cashier 3 - 10 dollar gift cards. He couldn't get one of them to work and instead of handing me it back, he throws it away and takes off one of the drinks. Taking off a drink doesn't equal 10 dollars. I wasn't very happy about this and made it known. The guy could care less then proceeded to go talk crap to his coworkers about me. No apologies or making things right at this location. They no longer give you fries at the bottom of your bag either. Total ripoff and the worst customer service.
I haven't been to this location before but normally I love Five Guys although I haven't been to one in probably a year. I was disappointed. My order wasn't ready when I arrived which was fine but our burgers were in the bottom of the bag and they threw my two orders of fries literally on top of them inside the now dripping greasy bag. I've never seen anything like it before but I almost felt like a barnyard animal being fed by having all of our food thrown together in a trough. I had to dig out the fries lying loosely inside the bag all over the burgers. All that for $40. I don't think I'll be back because it's was very unappetizing and sloppy. Even McDonald's makes sure the food is neatly inside containers in the bag not just throwing food together like that.

Typical Five Guys. There's nothing bad to report. If you have never been to a Five Guys before, they are known for their burgers. You can snack on free peanuts to your hearts content while waiting for your food. One person can easily spend $25 for a burger, fries, and a drink.

Made order wrong first time, but understand people make mistakes. They gave me a $5 gift card that I tried to decline but they insisted for the inconvenience. Now I hope no one abuses that knowledge but it was an overall great experience and I was so full!

Just went there for dinner and the cashier Tanner was not very friendly and needs to work on that because that makes your restaurant look bad. And I was watching him preparing my order and he just threw my fries in the bag and they were upside down and all over my bag of food. And when I said thank you he just looked at me with no response very disrespectful young man. I know he is young but he needs to learn how to talk to people and when they say something respond don’t just give them a dirty look. I will not come back to this five guys because of how I was treated. Hopefully you will talk to him. He needs to be retrained.
