Consistently delicious. I often get the lettuce-wrapped cheeseburger and they do a phenomenal job at this location to make sure it's wrapped well so it stays intact as a burger. It's so delicious. The fries are good and so are the shakes. It's a staple when craving a good burger and fries.

Felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in, employee wearing a mask, with dreads, gave us attitude when we ordered, stared at us with anger, could tell he didn’t want to be there. After we ordered we noticed he kept scratching his dreads and then touching the food. At several points he threw the buns the cheese and slammed equipment/utensils down.. after the second time of scratching his head and then touching the food we had enough and asked for a refund, luckily the manager was nice enough to be understanding and give us a refund, but we only got back the cost of the meal and not the tip we gave.. I would recommend not going here until they fix this issue.

***Update 8/29/25*** ordered $77 worth of burgers & fries for family dinner and everything was wonderful. I let the store know at pickup I appreciated FRESH fries since my last 3 orders weren’t great. He apologized and thanked me for the order. Store was clean and workers seemed happy to be there.
This location is normally good but tonight my lettuce wrap burger was wrapped in the white very unappetizing part. Fries were the bottom of the batch a bunch of nubs. A costly disappointment.

Five Guys never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and made just the way you want it. The burgers and fries are top-notch, but what really stood out on this visit was the amazing customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the BEST Five Guys I have ever been to. We came this past Saturday (8/2/25) around 4:30-5pm or so and the girl working the register was super sweet, the restaraunt was very clean and well stocked and the food was INCREDIBLE. Five Guys is one of my favorite restaurants as it is, but this location seriously takes the cake. Easily the freshest and best batch of cajun fries I've ever had. 10/10 will drive past the Zephyrhills location and go out of my way for this location. Keep up the good work!

Dinning room music volume WAY TOO LOUD..is NOT for dining. We never eat there any more, only ToGo….Prices out of control. Small “combo” over $17.00. Why can’t they have “Mini” fries that is half as big(one person) and cost half as much like $2.99. Almost $6 for small fry is just ridiculous. Food is descent. Prices aren’t. Ambiance is horrible.
