I tried to overlook it but that’s not how you address customers. I don’t know if he thought it was cute or funny but I’m just going to say immaturity.

Come here twice a month usually. Today I came in and the burgers tasted exactly like a cheap burger you would get from steak and shake, got it with bacon and the bacon was burnt and not a little burnt, black! Ive never had a bad thing to say about 5 guys but Thursday night was the worse food I ever ate there. Is the quality going down?

First timer at Five Guys. I really enjoyed my custom order. The manager Mr Wallace was very, very helpful. Mr. Wallace was very polite. He went over and beyond to help me get my order together. He was very patient with me. The wait wasn’t long at all. Customer service was excellent. I see Mr Wallace runs a tight shift and I think that’s great. Big Mike I think his name was kept the dinning room really clean. I really appreciated sitting in a clean environment. I most definitely will be back

Always a 5 star! I love the manager at this location. Every time I come in or place na order online it has been hot and fresh at pick up. There has been several times I picked up my order late and they switched out my fries. They always check the bag before handing it to me. Always have a smile. Always great conversation with the crew.
