I had an amazing experience at Flan Factory! The food was absolutely delicious — the Timba Fried Cheese was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful inside with a side of home made guava dipping sauce, a total must-try. Their special fried rice was superb — full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have you there. It’s the kind of spot that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves great food and great vibes.

Called to place an order 30 mins before they were closing, place a Pan Con Bistec with no onions and cheese and to add lettuce and tomatoes. Well after picking up the order and driving 15mins back to work this is what i got. I got no lettuce and no tomatoes. Pretty much the threw the steak a few crunchy fries and pressed the bread together. Pretty upset when you order something and get something completely different. Been here a few times and both times it has been mediocre. Only good thing i can say was at least flan was good.

Guys you gotta check this place out. Very nice people. The hot and iced cafe con Leche was insanely good. If you like avo toast its very good. The Timba was great and that was the fried queso Blanco with a quava dip. Also check out the breakfast cuban very good and a lot of good choices. Thanks to the servers and the manager(possible owner).

I want to understand since when tipping became mandatory!? We ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches to go, went there to pick them up, and my bill went from $24 to $36 because the “nice” lady at the counter added a 20% tip to my bill without even asking me. Tips are discretionary, not mandatory specially when you are not dining in. Absolutely unacceptable! Not wasting any more money buying food in places like this.

The flans are good with a variety to choose from, when it comes to the price it’s a little higher than some places when it Gomes to some choices. The ambiance is nice and the concept is cool.
Congratulations to Flan Factory on 5 amazing years! 🎉 The Dubai Chocolate Flan was my absolute favorite so rich and delicious! 🍫 The Bananas Foster was my sister’s favorite, and the Mojo Birria tacos were incredible. 🌮

The food was very good, but the Cuban Sandwich I got was not really a Cuban sandwich. It was mostly roast pork! It was good, but not a Cuban.
The Salted Caramel flan was very good, but I think next time I'll get regular flan or try a different flavor. The Salted caramel flan didn't have any caramel other than the usual liquid caramel in the bottom like any other flan. And the salt just seemed to add an odd flavor to the flan. It was still good, just not ideal for my palette. I will eat here again, but try other dishes.

I will never come back to this place. I paid $51 for them to get my order wrong, and then they tried to charge me an extra $13 just to fix their mistake. When I got home and looked at my sandwich, it was still made completely wrong. Don’t waste your money here they only care about taking your money, not about good service.
