This place was amazing! There is a big parking lot in the back, and everything inside was fantastic! The employees were kind and the service was great and fast. Our favorites were the timba (omg the guava sauce!), el tempeno Cuban sandwich, passion fruit juice, and cafe con leche. Definitely give this one a try!

So a family member sent us a flan via uber eats as a gift once and ever since we only eat them here. We like the original best because is just like grandma's flan back in the day! We finally came to the store and ordered a couple Cuban sandwiches and more flan! So first the place is cute, very Ybor feeling to it with the rooster art, service was great, and the sandwiches were great, lots of meat and not over powering anything, all was on point except my media noche had one side a little burnt on the bread but not the second half so it was fine. The traditional Cuban was great according to my partner. We also had the passion fruit juice and that had a little too much ice in my opinion but it was also my fault to forget to tell them not to put so much as I don't like that, but I will next time. We live far but it's definitely a place to visit if you haven't, you won't be disappointed
This was not only the best flan i’ve ever had in my life, as a huge flan fan, but also the nicest service! It was my birthday and they gave me a flan on the house and sang happy birthday, everyone was so kind and wished me a happy birthday in passing and on the way out and seemed so genuine and sweet. The food and atmosphere was also amazing, even if the food wasn’t as amazing as it was i would STILL come here just because of everything else. Thank you so much!😁🥰

When flan factory first came out it was worth the trip even though the prices were a bit high. Had the Cuban sandwich and two personal flans. $28. Ouch. Would have been less painful if the product was still worth it. The sandwich was not prepared as asked. The pork was dry and no flavor. Literally 2 slices of ham. And for $11 it would be nice to have at least a 12”. The flan is very good but $5 for a small cup is just not worth the visit. Very disappointed as I recommended this place often. Don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore.

This place is amazing! We had a basketball tournament around the area and we decided to try it based on the reviews and it was fantastic! The place is clean, great customer service and the food was delicious! I'll definitely come back and eat here again. BTW the owner has great customer services and knows how to run a business.
