I had the pleasure of being taken care by Jessica. She recommended their in house made horchata and it did not disappoint she also suggested I should try their famous flan for a sweet treat. This was my first time there and I will definitely be going back the staff was efficient and the place was super clean. Definitely recommend.

Amazing food and friendly staff. Had cuban sandwich, plantains,beer and chicken empanadas, flan, and tres leches with my wife and we highly recommend this place. It's a bit of a hole in the appearance wise and a short walk from street car stop #4. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

I’m actually obsessed with this place. From their delicious food to their endless options of different flavors of flan. Everything here is absolutely amazing. I also had the opportunity of meeting the owners and they are absolutely so sweet. They also have the funniest merch ever like their only flans shirts. And the absolute vibe of the place couldn’t have been better. This is such a cute location for lunch with a friend to take cute selfies too. I promise you won’t regret coming here.
So if you have not been to flan factory, definitely get in your car and start driving that way. I promise you you’re going to have such an amazing time. With such great options for food and flans!!

Got the original and dulce de leche flan. MOST CRAZIEST TASTY FLAN EVER! Me and my friend literally passed out. From every savory bite. It kept getting better and better. Rich in flavor and thick! Cubans really know how to make a banger flan. 🍮. It just happened to be right there on the way to the boardwalk. I was like ok let me make a quick stop. What an unexpected turn of events! It was way great that we got the familia flan and it lasted for 2/3 days. Lots of juicy syrup. Only thing is be careful when you get a big flan bc the syrup is full till the brim so it ended up leaking from the cover at the top, and still had half syrup left for the flan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. If you love Flan then STOP HERE. YOULL NOT GONNA REGRET IT !
