I had an amazing experience at Flan Factory! The food was absolutely delicious — the Timba Fried Cheese was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful inside with a side of home made guava dipping sauce, a total must-try. Guys you gotta check this place out. Very nice people. The hot and iced cafe con Leche was insanely good. If you like avo toast its very good. The Timba was great and that was the fried queso Blanco with a quava dip. Also check out the breakfast cuban very good and a lot of good choices. Thanks to the servers and the manager(possible owner).
The Flan Factory is amazing! They offer a wonderful variety of flan flavors from classic original to unique options like pistachios, coconuts, birthday cake so on. It is located off the Ynor City.. but it worse to drive!!
