I purchased pizza and fries tonight by ordering online for delivery. (Order #262 via toast at 9pm) I asked well done and square cut. Me knowing that online ordering systems are flawed decided to call just to make sure they will make my food the preferred way. A young lady answered the phone and asked if she can place me on hold. I said sure immediately. She completely forgot about me and I had to call back 3 times before she was calling me back on the other line. When I answered I gave her my name and my order number she said yes we got your order. I asked her verbatim did you guys get my special instructions she assured me my food would be right. Fast forward to 9:58 when my food arrived, I did not get my fries at all my pizza was overly greasy and was not well done nor square cut. As a local and a regular I’ve become overly disappointed with the place over the last year.

Management is terrible. Waited for my to go order that was just sitting there getting cold. You're hard pressed to get anyone to help you without feeling like an inconvenience. So yeah. Enjoyed my cold food and gave my money to a place that definitely doesn't appreciate my patronage. Will not go back.
King of the coop has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. The chicken used to be SPICY? , but as time passed, the spice had significantly declined. The king sauce now comes in pre-packaged containers that are incredibly hard to open. For fried chicken day, they served the regular king sauce again. I was so excited because i loved it! So i decided to take my family again. We went yesterday 7/11, and they had the pre-packaged disgusting king sauce. Fries no longer come with the tender baskets. Bread was not toasted and put under the chicken, where it got soggy. The waitresses need to learn they are there to serve. Seat the customer, take the drink order, then the food order, then keep going back a couple of times to see if they need anything (like refills). Need more parking.

Oh to go back to the days of King of the Coop. They crushed it. They were a solid 5 star hot chicken joint. Consistent, quick, tasty, and spicy. But ever since the flocale merger, the quality has gone downhill and the last time I went will be my final visit. Nashville spice wasn’t hitting, orders were incorrect, and atmosphere was blah.

So I had to sit around and think about whether or not I wanted to review this place. A lot of people in the neighborhood of Old Seminole heights like this place. When I came in there was no one to greet you. The place didn't really look open. But there were people sitting at the bar and at a couple of the tables. We walked around a bit to try to figure out what was going on. We then realized that they must be reorganizing? So this is kind of two different restaurants merged as one. It's kind of awkward and the service did not make you feel comfortable. We were given paper plates and plastic ware as if it was takeout. Although they knew we were sitting there at a table staying to eat. I don't know, just very awkward . The food was fast foodish quality? I had a pizza which was personal pan size and my husband had macaroni with some kind of a topping on it. We both had something from the bar which was a separate bill... pay at the bar. I just wasn't impressed. There are a lot of other places in Old Seminole heights to eat and spend money at.

I was initially excited to hear about this place but really it was absolutely disappointing. Atmosphere is dark and kind of dirty feeling. Service was incredibly slow even though there weren't that many people and gluten-free options are just not a thing.
Rick, the bartender, made us the BEST MARGARITA I’ve ever had! His service was impeccable and friendly. Loved our time here thanks to Rick!
One of my regular spots. A prime location in Seminole heights. Great food, large space, very affordable drinks. My wife and I love this place!
Rick the bartenders amazing!!! He made the smoothest drinks and gave the best presentation. Not what I expected in a beer and wing spot! The murals are dope! Check it out.
Food is pretty good, service is at mediocre at best. The reception on every TV continually disconnects and the employees just shoulder shrug about it. Used to like it, but I've tolerated the issues for too long.
Parking: Horrible parking with steep back-lot

The cheeseburger was slamming good as always. Tired of fries as a side, so my wife and I decided to try the mac & cheese. Oh my, we thought we were back in the first grade eating paste. Y’all gotta do better with some legit sides.
The foods always bad. Takes forever to get served. They have about 4 employees for the entire restaurant. I also worked there and they change dates to use expired food. They don't wear gloves in the kitchen. Including when they handle raw chicken. And if you work as a server or bartender they'd have you split tips with employees who are gone for the day. Not to mention the multiple racist comments, jokes about peipl3 with autism, start fighting each other physically in the store. Robbed in the middle of a shift once and they never called the cops. And they stole over 1000 in my tips alone. It was so bad I've had to hire an attorney to deal with them. Stay away!!!!!
I had organized an event at FLocalé that was planed weeks in advance. Our first interaction was with Roy who was super friendly and welcoming, and gave us the green light to hold our event there, and told us it wouldn't be a problem. I spoke with management 2 weeks and the week before just to confirm they knew who we were, What we were doing, checked that we could still hold our event, and we were told we were still good to go.When we arrived no one had a clue who were and the management was rude and unwelcoming from the very start, Manager shut doors in our face pointed at the bar and rudely told me he couldn't get me a water while standing next to a drink station. I was told to "Go to the bar for that".THIS IS NOT AN LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY PLACE. We were told we would get a server to attend to us, we never did. Servers avoided our group and made it point to go the long way in order not to speak to us. The bartender was unwelcoming and clearly overwhelmed with not support from staff of management. Manager was clearly upset that were there either because we were LGBTQ+ or a Democratic organization. IF YOU ARE LGBTQ SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Vegetarian options: NONE!
Parking: Limited space come early or hunt for parking in neighborhood behind restaurant.
Middling overpriced chicken joint that would actually make money if they could decide if they're 1 or 2 restaurants. Visibly poorly managed. The workers are great, tip in cash if possible.

I've been here a few times. I don't like to leave a bad review without giving a place at least one chance to improve. This time I received coupons in the mail. The coupons say no purchase necessary. However when I get there, I am told 1. that it's for dine in only 2. that a purchase is required. So I ordered dessert (small banana pudding.) When I pay my bill I was charged $5.99 (the price of the large.) I asked the waitress and was told that she just found out today that there is now only the one size (the small) for $5.99. I didn't argue or ask for a manager. The food is just ok to me. I'm not a spicy food eater so your opinion might be different. I do enjoy Westshore Pizza especially the original location. I doubt I will be back to Flocale. I was excited to have Westshore in the neighborhood but this place ruins the experience.Update - - -I decided to go ahead and use the other coupon that came. After all it was for a free 10" pizza. COMPLETELY different experience. I was able to get it to eat there OR to go. I was also not required to make a purchase. I did order additional food and took it to go.I also forgot to mention the KITCHEN APPRECIATION FEE that is added to the bill. There is so much backlash right now with the tipping situation. Why bring on more possible negativity? After all, we are talking about kitchen staff making at least minimum wage NOT waitstaff who are relying on tips. Especially when a lot of reviews mention bad/cold food and complaints about waiting too long for food to come out or not coming out at the same time. If the kitchen staff need to make 3% more then give them a raise then raise your prices 3%.
Kid-friendliness: Loud environment / general bar type feel might not be the best environment for kids from both perspectives.
Parking: Small lot in relation to the size of the building.
