Staff is rude, I asked for a personal opinion on the menu and was told "well I don't know what you like so I'm not recommending anything for you." It wasn't said with a normal tone. It felt like the employee was talking down to me.

I ordered the sandwich with the avocado mash. It was supposed to be spicy. I had that with a side of fries. The chicken sandwich was ok. Didn’t taste like anything really. The chicken wasn’t seasoned. The fries were alright. Pricey for flavorless food though

This is the first time I’ve ever even written a review. I told my mom a month ago that this was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Just went today on my 30 minute lunch break to have a rude worker that gave nothing but attitude. It was 15$ so I assumed it was a meal. I got handed a tiny box & was like wait I wanted French fries & she goes oh well you should’ve ordered that then like dam ok. I even ordered ranch & didn’t get it which was charged 50 c. I took my losses since I had limited time and was going to let it go until I bit into my sandwhich and it was GRAY. I was so hungry I tried the other side of the sandwhich (don’t judge, it was expensive okay!) it was gray also. Now my stomach hurts & im in a bad mood bc I knew I wasn’t going to get a refund per her previous attitude. Not sure what happened to this place, very sad.

So, just a bit of attitude on the part of the cashier lady, she clearly doesn’t appreciate answering ANY questions about the food items. And for a $30 lunch for 2, I’d hope the waffle fries would be fresh and hot, but no. I can get hot waffle fries at Chick-fil-A every time.

Frozen food dropped into a fryer. Mini corn dogs and waffle fries and a small bottle of lemonade for about $20. Whomp whomp. My nearly 6 yr old was happy. However, wow, if you're in a cooler part of town you need to step it up for better, fresher offerings.

Decided to have lunch here and the staff was friendly and cool with me. The Philly Cheesesteak was absolutely delicious and the waffle fries were good as well. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt and good. Definitely would get the Philly Cheesesteak here again.

The hot chicken sandwich was DISGUSTING. Like if Walmart tried to make a hot chicken sandwich. They put sweet pickles on it which never should be on a nashville hot chicken style sandwich! The staff was unenthusiastic and didn't seem to like their job. Fries were stale and tasted like oil. So overpriced. Don't waste your money here.

Just ok. After carefully weighing my dining options at Sparkman I decided to try Flock & Stock out. I waited at the window for at least two minutes as one guy went back and forth doing something and drinking a soda, not once acknowledging my presence to at least greet me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. So finally another guy appears to take my order. I ordered the "signature Philly", there's nothing exciting about it. Just cheese, meat and mushrooms on some dry bread. Had to send my son back to grab me some mayonnaise they didn't bother to offer when I got my order. And now after seeing photos of others' Philly cheesesteaks from this place here on Yelp, I really feel cheated. So yea...for what I spent I'll go to BurgerFi next time.BTW...before someone tries to use them being busy as a defense, they were not. They were not at all busy and had no line because the credit card system was down at the time and the could only take cash. I wish I had just walked away based on that alone but I did happen to have cash too so I proceeded with my order??♀️

Me and my family ordered our food and i ordered a chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and tomato's and lettuce and they said they can do that. So then we waited for about 25 minutes for our food and other people got there food before us. when we finally got our food mine had nothing on it and my chicken and bread was totally burnt and it was overall not good. i would give this negative stars but i can't so. i don't recommend.
Customer service is 0/10. I simply asked the lady (the one with the tattoo on her neck)who was ringing up the orders if there were any kids drinks avail, because on the menu it says the kids meal comes with apple juice she kept referring to the soda avail, then gave me and attitude & kept rolling her eyes when I asked if there is any other option for kids drinks. Like if you don’t want to be there find another job! And the chicken was not crispy, and dry. Like they just left it in a container and it got soggy. Philly cheese steak was ok but not worth 12.00, more bread than meat, onions - atleast that’s all I had on my Philly. I think it’s suppose to come with more stuff on it?

I never leave reviews but this place deserves a 1 Star. Twice have I ordered through their online platform with the first being cancelled after 20 minutes. Today I gave them a second chance and never received a confirmation that the food was ready for pickup. I i proceeded to walk over from my office and was told they don’t honor online orders anymore…. They still took my money though. The refused to refund me and told me I’d have to go through their online support to get my money back. It’s sad because this place could be great for Sparkman Wharf but they have a long way to go. Stay far away from this place. The employees don’t care.

Tried this place for the first and last time. Very disappointing, stood in line for 20 minutes to place order and another 10 minutes to get it. Wanted to order the beer posted on their window decal only to find out they don't have any beer. Female order taker was rude and very bothered when we asked for ketchup and utensils. When I went to eat, the bun was refrigerator cold and chicken luke warm. For such a nice area to enjoy an afternoon, what a let down from this restaurant to ruin it!

Overall an okay experience. The chicken tenders were pretty good, but they were cold when I got them. They did give me tots when I didn’t order them, which was very nice. Probably because I asked to order fries and they had ran out of fries. Hopefully next time when I try the Philly, that will be hot & delicious.

Chicken fingers were large and meaty, but dry and tasteless. No seasoning on fingers, fries or grilled chicken sandwich. Meat was greasy and no flavor. Asked for honey mustard and mayo, was told no mayo, but they had catsup for the sandwich, and the honey mustard was some thick, white sauce with no flavor of honey or mustard. Both the fingers and sandwich were overcooked and tough. Tossed most of it in the garbage and left. Staff was very friendly though!!
