I will start by saying it was not all bad. The brussel sprouts were amazing. The rest of the meal lacked flavor The fish was not seasoned at all. The chicken pot pie had no flavor. The manager was fantastic about the issues. He made it right with the check and gave us dessert and coffee. I am not sure that it is usually this bad but the manager said it was a bad night and he was great.
Great experience, with amazing food and ambiance.

Our experience was absolutely horrible. Our waitress Yarely purposely ignored our table. We literally got the check and left without eating entrees because we had sat there so long without service.

We had a very bad experience. Our server Yarely purposely ignored our table. We left after sitting there for an hour and a half with just apps. Only two of us had a drink. It was obvious to everyone that our server was intentionally not taking our order. So we asked for the check from another server and left without ordering entrees.
I expect certain menu items, staples if you will, when I go to a spanish restaurant. One of those is paella-- i felt it was very unfortunate that Flor Fina didn't have that (or bacon wrap dates) on the menu; and hadn't for 1.5 years according to the server. The drinks and mocktails were delicious and we ordered 1 of all the appetizers. The potatoe bravas were excellent--it was our favorite appetizer. The charcuterie board was plentiful and tasty even if the price of the board was initially surprising. However, the charcuterie board was the 2nd best appetizer and worth the price. Unfortunately though, none of the other appetizers were particularly noteworthy or tasty. We would have been fine had we ordered a couple of the patata bravas and 1 charcuterie board in the appetizer round but we were determined to try everything. Afterwards, we ordered a ribeye steak entree to split among our group so the chef stripped it for us (at my request) into bit size pieces and it was very good. The collard greens that accompanied the ribeye had a delightfully sweet flavor to them but my party was unpleasantly surprised when they bit into the blue cheese that was peppered in the collard greens. The blue cheese was not necessary, especially as an accompaniment to a high quality meat like ribeye. So we picked out whatever we found. As for the price, the ribeye was a bit excessive but the steak and collard greens were tasty. The ambiance was very pleasant from 5pm-7pm but after 7pm it quickly filled up and the noise reverberated. It became extremely loud that we decided to do dessert elsewhere.
Flor Fina is a hidden treasure! This was our first experience and we had brunch. The ENTIRE experience was excellent! Liv was our server and all I can say is 5 stars aren't enough! We were treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness! We enjoyed the Breakfast Pot Pie, Stuffed French Toast and the Gold Standard breakfast which were all excellent! We can't wait until the next time we visit which will be very soon!
We went here for our 30th wedding anniversary. It was absolute heaven! Our outstanding servers Mike and Liv were funny, caring and very attentive. They made the whole experience so memorable. The curated drinks were amazing. The food was the center piece of this fantastic dinner. From the ceviche, shrimp, seafood tower and dessert every dish was prepared perfectly. Thank you Flor Fina for a delicious and memorable anniversary celebration!!!

Food was excellent first and foremost. The Cuban sandwich was recommended and did not disappoint. Empanadas were delicious, the dough was flaky like a croissant which was new but very good. Service was great and the restaurant is beautiful and very quiet, although we went when it first opened. Value was excellent as well. I don't have any complaints about this establishment

This year we had a delightful Christmas dinner experience. This was my first time trying this Flor Fina and I’ve already raved to people about how good the food is and how awesome the service was. The meal not only included multiple courses but they also allowed “seconds” on anything on the experience menu. The seafood stew was delicious! Big clams, shrimp, scallops easy 10/10! The seafood bake was insanely good, I could eat that as a meal. The beef was tender and cooked to perfection. The pork belly was crispy and the chorizo dish was full of delicious chorizo…. They do NOT skimp! This restaurant is great for holidays, lunches, dinners, anything. The interior is so well designed, you’ll feel at home (the mansion you likely don’t live in, but home nonetheless). The whole experience was a 10/10! Thank you to all of the staff for working on Christmas and making our day special, delicious, and fun. We both were very pleased and impressed!

I went there for my birthday with 10 of my friends, everyone ordered different things and nobody loved their food. I had the shareable plate (for 2) the rice and beans was a portion for 1 and the lamb was very spicy even though it didnt say that on the menu. The meats on the plate were flavorless except for the lamb of course (spicy). All my friends stated the same thing: flavor is non existent. Some of our food was also cold and our server who mentioned his name at the end of our meal was named Mike (maybe) and he forgot to put in an order of the squash pasta for one of my friends and when the food came out and she was missing hers he said he assumed the appetizer she ordered was her meal. The sangria was not great but acceptable, the lazy daisy was straight tequila (undrinkable). Prices were too high for the service and the taste of the food. The restaurant was very elegant and vibey so I will give that part 5 stars but I would never go there again!

All food came out cold. After sending back two dishes we gave up because second time food was cold again. So we ate it cold. The Ceasar salad was the best because it was cold as it should be. Other food was good but all hot dishes were not hot. Service was excellent with Clayton. Ambience was lovely.
Loved the experience. We felt the staff was very polite and friendly. We came for an in-between Christmas and New Years weekend and we loved the variety of customers. The energy was great with a lounge house DJ. The bar was packed so we think we’ll try the bar next time. Overall the food (we ordered three tapas) were delish! The drinks were well designed with flavor and our waiter was a true gem. We’ll be back in a few months. Thank you.
