The Cuban sandwich did not disappoint BUT yuck the pastries were terrible! We got a slick of cake with guava filling and purple frosting-the cake was SO DRY and it tasted like the refrigerator case! YUCK! We also got a yellow cake with guava filling and cherries on top and it wasn’t as dry as the other cake but YUCK it tasted old and like the refrigerator case!! I was so disappointed! Stale doesn’t even begin to describe the cakes. The purple cake was beautifully decorated but not good to eat at all. We did get a sugar cookie that was just okay and a guava pastry that was not that good.

Reviews don't matter . The whole review system is a joke. I was there today to get a cake for a birthday. The cake was $45 dollars which is fine. I asked her to put a rose for decorations that was $25 dollars. So a cake cost me $70. Go to publix or somewhere else.

Napoleon was dynamite. Rice pudding needed 15% less sugar, 20% more cinnamon.

This is my first and only Bakery that I go to when I want Cakes, Sandwiches, Pastries, Special Orders for any type of Party, and Spanish Pastries. Prices are competitive and any type of Spanish Baking is very good here. Only place I shop at for any kind of Spanish Baking products and many other foods especially Cuban Sandwich, or many other types of Sandwiches.....try it, you won't be disappointed!

This place used to be great years ago but ever since new management food quality, service, and the overall vibe are at an all time low. I ordered the steak sandwich it was soggy and greasy the bread was soggy and the bag was leaking, steak was also very tough. Empanadas cold as if there was zero attempt in keeping warm, and coffee bitter despite ordering it with milk and extra sugar. This was once one of the best breakfast places and a highlight to my morning a perfect way to start the day but no longer is. I will unfortunately not be returning.

Floor was dirty, the sweets are old, hard and nasty the place is not the same anymore, very high, cavezotes, meet pastel and guava and cheese.

Many more goodies than you can enjoy in one visit! Got a café de leche m, guava pastry and a chorizo roll! Want to go back for the desserts!

Very disappointed with their service. They have not empathy for customers. I was a very long time client who referred them to many companies , schools and friends . But after June 15, not longer recommended them. I ordered a cake for my son’s 11 birthday and because their incompetense and wrong information in google , my son’s birthday party was ruined without cake . I went and spoke with manager and ask to please refund or credit since service was not received . Just told me not allowed to give me anything because the owners will not willing to loose money . Never will use their service again .

Absolutely love the food here! Up until a couple of years ago it was my go-to for a quick breakfast. Sometimes they offer specials two loaves of fresh Cuban bread for a dollar who can beat that!
So many pastries it's hard to choose and all of them delicious.
I've moved an hour away but every time I'm in Tampa make sure to stop.

I've been a client for many years 1994 and loved Florida Bakery , always stopped before work, and so did my son a Trucker transporter and some co-friends as well in mornings for breakfast..the place was packed in morning frequently specially for the coffee ..sincerely I missed the former owners and more sadly selling the business.
But I was amazed how much nicer was looking when new ownership..looks gorgeous and clean..but the pastries are not thesame tasting mostly a stale taste, the coffee not thesame either it doesn't have that latino coffee flavor..bread is fair..it's very sad to me because it was my top favorite bakery for breakfast, birthday orders, and occasional party trays..most of my family, and friends I were recommend, but now they too feel the food sweets are not thesame..
I recommend you don't make excess of pastries, it tastes horrible next day..get some advice from the former owner..their pastries were always fresh tastes..even though the place didn't looked as good as now..
Blessings ❤️ hopefully 🙏 things get better.
