Absolutely horrible. He did an application when I specifically told him NOT TO!!!!
Now I have to wait another 30 days after already waiting 30 days for a reported change .

Someone is picking up the phone and immediately hanging up on me. It has happened two times in a row now.

They prioritize Hispanics over all other clients. Waited 2 hrs to be past over and over. They said because medicare goes before all others, but it was another Hispanic. They saw at least 7 individuals past where we signed the list

Very good, fast and very attentive service.

Very bad attention, they have been messing with me for 3 months and I have nothing. It is a lack of respect. What they have in three months that I have been and gone 8 times has made me crazy. Nothing has been resolved yet, just mistreatment by the attention there.... And bad attention

I took my sister there today. We were there from 11am. When it was 1:30 we were the next one on the list to be called. This gentleman that was working inside said that he was going to stop calling people because he couldn’t find his phone. He said “I cannot believe someone stole my phone when I’m here trying to help ya”. I was very offended that he was accusing the customers stilling his phone, especially when he was out on break for 2 hours.These people need to be more professional. Since it was time to pick up my son from school I left that office. If you going there make sure you don’t have anything else to do that day. Don’t be alarmed if something happens and you end up being blame for it.

Excellent place, Alex Sanchez was the one who treated my mother exceptionally. I have visited several offices like this one and I have been very satisfied with the attention and speed.

The opening hours say that it is until 5 in the afternoon but when I arrived that I needed to send some documents, the lady who called us from the parking lot said that they were already closed, that they closed at 4:45 and that the written hours did not matter. at the door, that we should not knock because it would be “just for fun” that was his expression! Very bad treatment, very informal, very bad manners, as if it were not a public service office and of such importance! It's a shame that people like that work in those offices... The worst experience!

Terrible place with terrible attention, I arrived today, April 29/2023, with 10 minutes left until five in the afternoon and the lady who was supposed to serve me was not in the premises, arriving in a very bad manner saying that no one was going to be served anymore. Furthermore, I complained to her because the hours are until five in the afternoon and with very bad form she told me that she closed 15 minutes before the time indicated above, the reasons why she does it and I do not know, but her treatment was terrible, leaving much to be desired for a government institution in this country.

They treat people very well and are very competent at their work.
