Florida Smoke Barbecue + Wingz & Thingz

We used Florida Smoke for our family get together on New Year’s Day. Woodrow and his wife were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. You definitely can’t miss out on their loaded fries and ribs. We highly recommend them.
We will definitely be using them again soon!

Woodrow and Dena arrived to my neck of the woods in their well appointed food truck. They were very kind and patient with me as I asked questions about their variety of sauces because of my food allergies. I settled on an order of wings with Woodrow's homemade dry rub which had some brown sugar & cinnamon and a lot of spice. They also provided a side of some peachy hot sauce. It was excellent! The wings were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. I was literally crying the whole time because the heat was on and I loved it! They did warn me & I accepted the challenge. I look forward to trying their brisket next time they come around. If you are in the mood for some great BBQ, this is an excellent option. They came to brookside Manor today. Wicked good beef brisket sandwich and the wings with blackberry sauce was jammin.

First Time Trying the Food with these folks and more than pleasantly surprised. Ordered the Brisket Sandwich with Blackberry Sauce and it was excellent - just the right balance between sweetness and bite with the smoked flavor. Got the opportunity to have a nice chat with the folks for what was an exceptionally short wait and enjoyed the conversation. Quality of the food was terrific and the portion size was perfect for the price. I may have to go back for a second sandwich before they leave today!

The food was great, they made it fresh when we ordered it which is always the best. We gota few dishes to split since it was our first time having it. We got the loaded pulled pork fried with BBQ sauce, a BBQ pulled pork sandwich, and sweet and spicy wings. The BBQ sauce was a bit sweet for my taste, but still delicious. I think the sandwich bread was toasted with garlic butter, it was so good. The wings could use some more spice. It tastes like there's love in the food, overall highly recommend.It appears to be a family owned business and I love to see it!

We had Woodro cater our son's college grad party just a few weeks ago. His food was fantastic and his service was spectacular. Just a week before the party, we had to change the date. No problems for Woodro - he worked everything out! We received tons of compliments on the quality and taste of the food - from some of the pickiest people we know! We had people requesting his info for their future catering needs and that says enough right there! His sauces were great! The homemade bread was fabulous.The potato salad was a huge hit as was the homemade mac and cheese! We recommend you try the ...everything! Thank you Woodro for an impressive spread and your wonderful attitude and work ethic! Everything was perfect! We look forward to having you cater again.

Where is the 10 star button? If anybody deserves the time to start button Woodrow does. He is the culinary barbecue Ninja of this wonderful food truck. Highly encouraged encourage you to get the tacos! They have multiple flavored sauces that will blow your mind and give you an outer body experience the barbecue was beyond description. They do catering which I would highly recommend. They operate Thursday through Saturday sometimes on Sundays until they get their restaurant in franchise which so rightfully deserve!
