We used Florida Smoke for our family get together on New Year’s Day. Woodrow and his wife were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. You definitely can’t miss out on their loaded fries and ribs. We highly recommend them.

The wings are always cooked perfect. Sauce is your choice and what we've had is always delicious. I had a patty melt tonight cooked medium and it was the best I've ever had......Ever!!!! Thanks to the staff and your cook is a keeper, give him/her whatever they want!!!

Woodrow and Dena arrived to my neck of the woods in their well appointed food truck. They were very kind and patient with me as I asked questions about their variety of sauces because of my food allergies. I settled on an order of wings with Woodrow's homemade dry rub which had some brown sugar & cinnamon and a lot of spice. They also provided a side of some peachy hot sauce. It was excellent!
