We used Florida Smoke for our family get together on New Year’s Day. Woodrow and his wife were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. You definitely can’t miss out on their loaded fries and ribs. We highly recommend them.

Woodrow and Dena arrived to my neck of the woods in their well appointed food truck. They were very kind and patient with me as I asked questions about their variety of sauces because of my food allergies. I settled on an order of wings with Woodrow's homemade dry rub which had some brown sugar & cinnamon and a lot of spice. They also provided a side of some peachy hot sauce. It was excellent! First Time Trying the Food with these folks and more than pleasantly surprised. Ordered the Brisket Sandwich with Blackberry Sauce and it was excellent - just the right balance between sweetness and bite with the smoked flavor. Got the opportunity to have a nice chat with the folks for what was an exceptionally short wait and enjoyed the conversation. Quality of the food was terrific and the portion size was perfect for the price. I may have to go back for a second sandwich before...
