I have gone to this bread store for years and on my last visit there were new people and I got 2 loads of bread got it home it was full of mold on the inside. Won't go back

I was here on 06/03 at noon. A man with a service dog attempted to shop. A male employee began to harass this disabled guest very loudly. Several times this unprofessional unethical representative of Flowers verbally abused this man. He did not have a name tag. I am a long time customer and know that Flowers is better than that. This employee has no customer service skills and termination can be the only solution to maintain Flowers integrity. A complaint will be filed with ADA and BBB and online. Despicable
