Me and one other asked for a table for 2 at 10:00 pm saw that it was busy and was told it would be around 10 minutes. We patiently waited and A family of 4 walked in behind us and got seated immediately and i asked if they had reservations and the hostess said no so i asked why they got seated and he explained they made a mistake so I said we would eat somewhere else not a good mistake to make for a 5 star ārestaurantā

I ordered Door Dash and the food was horrible. The fried sushi rolls and vegetables tempura was the absolute worst I have ever had š¤¢. It was awful please talk to the chef about the breading used for the fried rolls. Total waste of money! š”š”

Just left 2 minutes ago, terrible customer service the lady service two peeps looked at me and pretended like I wasnāt even there waiting for her to acknowledge me, she left to serve a table someone from the back had to come and deal with me. I am wondering what the difference between me and the two people who where in front of me why did she just stand there and not even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting.

To start, I ordered my food through DoorDash. My sushi was the best part of my order, which was lukewarm from the drive and still tasted fine, however, I ordered the NY strip fried rice with added shrimp and it was very disappointing. For the price point I donāt expect the best steak in the world, however it was insanely dry. On top of that, Iāve never ordered shrimp fried rice and the tails still be attached. Very annoying to have to peel shrimp while eating the rice. Also disappointed that no soy sauce or anything was included, which had the rice very dry on its on.

I used to eat from this place for years. Now that I see the deals on ubereats, itās a scam. DO NOT ORDER UBEREATS BOGO SPECIALS. They double price the rolls on bogo to boost sales. You can get the same deal on their ālunch specialsā itās still overpriced and low quality considering the type of rolls you get and how fresh the fish is. THS FISH IS NOT COLD.. I will spread this more openly until this changes. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE ONLINE. The food in-shop does NOT hold up to par with what it was 5-7 years ago. It has gone downhill. Put more passion into your sushi making skills, bbq, and overall presentation of your food
Sushi is good, but they charge both a $2 convenience fee and $1 per sauce when you order online. Neither of these things occur if you dine in. Feels very punishing to the consumer.

Sake house used to be my favorite place before I felt like I got scammed. On Uber eats they advertise buy one get one free but it is certainly not. I placed an order on Uber eats for pick up and when I took a menu to go home itās the same price as buying 2! When I asked the waitress she agreed and said āit just sounds nice onlineā!
