Great place for a quick pick me up. We saw it driving to Armature Works and am glad we stopped in. The menu is simple and straightforward. The waterfall in the front is impressive. We walked here. Driving and parking could be a issue. We will effort to make another stop when we are in the area.

I really like the atmosphere, the place is well kept, trendy, and has a rustic vibe. This is a great place to chill out, catch up, or do some work. Obviously parking is always going to be an issue downtown, but it's not awful. I wish I was more of a coffee drinker, but because I'm not, I ordered a chai tea latte. Honestly, it didn't taste great at all and I wouldn't go back for it, but I would go back for the ambiance. I think that's important. I also had a really delicious cinnamon roll, which isn't made in house it's actually imported from a bakery in St. Pete. It was seriously one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Seriously. I can't stop thinking about it LOL.
If you are looking for a cute coffee shop that is not that noisy, where you are able to get work done, or just hang out with some friends then look no further because Foundation Coffee is where it is at! As soon as I walked in I loved it. They have this cool, tall water fountain on the wall and a lot of open space. They also have this cute little patio area in the back with tons of natural light for taking snaps of your coffee or friends. I love going to coffee shops and seeing pastries and/or other snacks that you can eat while sipping on some coffee or tea. I tried their "Breakfast Cuban" which comes with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on cuban bread and it was really good! For my drink I ordered an iced americano with mocha and almond milk. I LOVE a strong espresso and this iced americano hit the spot and packed a punch! The service was great and the overall atmosphere was inviting. I will definitely be coming back here again soon to try their pastries and other drinks. Keep doing what you're doing Foundation Coffee!

We have never felt so comfortable at a coffee shop before. The atmosphere at Foundation coffee is warm and inviting. The staff was very considerate when it came to my diet as a vegan. I ordered a mocha latte with goat milk and it was so delicious. I also ordered the Jamaican bread and guava jam (with no butter). This cafe has outdoor and inside seating so you're covered... rain or shine. Best coffee shop in Tampa!
