This is a nice little place to eat, though there's definitely room for improvement, which is why I'm not giving it a full five stars. It feels like it's becoming a bit too commercialized, and some of the food was overcooked or dry. However, aside from that, I was happy with the quality and the healthy choices offered. This is not my first time. I’ve been here about five times now.
Parking: Parking sucks at this location. Sometimes you may have to walk a few blocks to find a parking spot.

Food is good, however lately their bbq chicken is always burnt and dry. Their biggest issue is that their cashiers are rude. All fake friendly until you don't tip and they show their true nasty attitudes and you will see their faces change LOL.
Yea buddy not tipping when I have to wait 15 min in line, when part of my portion is dropped while scooping and the worker throws it away and does not replace what dropped from the bowl.

Been a longtime customer until my girlfriend and I got a mild case of food poisoning from here this past weekend. We both had the sweet potatoes and kale slaw as parts of our bowls for dinner and by noon the next day, we were both feeling the effects.
Fresh food and stale air. Great flavor in xhicken but bland drinks. The sauces are bussin. The staff is efficient. No free refills on chicken. Bummer. Noticeably a lot of vegans lurking around. Maybe they broke the air conditioner.
Food was good, but I'm not on a diet and not a big guy! They were VERY careful how much they served you... Was still hungry afterwards. For the price you pay, food should be plentiful! Go to a Bodega, Chinese, Mediterranean place there's PLENTY of food, overflow of food in fact in most places. Probably won't be back.
