I cannot speak highly enough of Jessica and all her team at Fresh Life & Co. I used to work in the building so I knew about the modern cafe with a great selection and how wonderful & fresh the food was. Our office later moved to a different location and I was in need of catering for a large lunch meeting. I reached out to Jessica and they delivered an amazing lunch. Since then, I've never looked back. They have a varied menu for both breakfast and lunch, both hot and cold items. They've always provided whatever we asked for and we've never been disappointed. Jessica has an amazing team behind her and they NEVER FAIL. I highly recommend Fresh Life & Co.

The spinach bowl was the perfect blend of artichoke, Greek olives and feta cheese. Portions are on point for a balanced lunch. My mouth was watering until the last bite. Can't wait to get breakfast!!!!
