The food wasn't worth the amount money paid. The lettuce on our sandwiches was wilted and black, the sweet potato fries was horrible and over cooked, our rice was hard and dry... Actually, i was more surprised because their food use to be good with no issues. But i was truly disappointed with my last order!

My mom and I decided to eat at Fresh ‘N Fun today on Busch Blvd. I ordered the shrimp and wing platter and my mom ordered the shrimp and fish along with salad. Food was ok, the salad leaves were huge so asked for a plastic knife they had mom so ok, she asked for cocktail sauce because we both had shrimp, he tells us it’s a $.50 charge for sauce. Now is it just me but most restaurants and establishments usually offer or just give you the sauce for the shrimp. So needless to say if you order shrimp they will not give you the cocktail sauce at all. You will have to pay for it. This is why Salem’s across the street gets more business. Because there loyalty to their customers.

I was passing by when I seen a sign that says $1 wings. I stopped by and brought 20 wings and the total was $21.50 after taxes. I ordered buffalo hot but when I got home the wings didn’t have any sauce and only got 16 wings and they was dry 😔. I’m disappointed that I waited 15 minutes just for my order to be incorrect and missing wings.

this is the second time with in a year I’ve come here & wanted their garden salad & when I ask for no tomato extra cucumber .. I’m then told they don’t have cucumbers. but on the picture by the drive thru window there is a salad with CUCUMBERS on it & even on the menu online . if y’all don’t have then don’t have it advertised. & I know in the past I’ve gotten the salad from here & I never had an issue getting cucumbers

DO NOT COME HERE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but that’s no longer the case. I don’t know if they changed management or what, but things haven’t been the same for a while. I spent $30 on a fish sandwich meal and a wings meal and was told I had to pay for blue cheese because the cost of the wings changed. That’s absurd. They also got rid of their catfish nuggets and they only have 1 type of fish now. There used to be a nice blonde woman working the drive thru and she’s been gone and replaced with a YN. After years of coming here I will never be back. I’ll go to Gyro’s/Salem’s across the street.
It was freezing outside, and just as cold inside. I had to wear my jacket the entire time to stay warm. I was served a salad with chicken, with no knife to cut up my food. And to top it off, the staff had no interest in solving my problem. There is a Publix grocery store right across the street. What would it take for an employee to go across the street to buy some plastic forks? Take your business elsewhere. Your experience is of no concern to this restaurant staff.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! It will be a waste of money and the lady that was working was so rude. Gyros is right across the street and the staff way friendlier. When they say you get what you pay for.. the food was not even hot when I got it. I thought this place was FRESH N FUN because the food was fresh. Clearly NOT. Whoever runs this place not to do some adjustments otherwise they will not will continue to get barely no customers. ONE AND DONE, will not recommend or be going back. No cheese after one pull of the mozzarella sticks and food not even seasoned.Also charged me an extra $4 for what not explanation. Just oh sorry no refunds.Anyway just got out the hospital and DEFINITELY could have chose a different place. Like WAWA 🤣
