I love this place. The variety in the menu is great and delicious. The place is welcoming and nice decor.

I’m tired of driving to your location to find out it is closed. Come on is not that hard.

Simply amazing

Clean and trendy Mexican ice cream place. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of options to choose from. Aquas Frescas, paletas, raspados, fruits and even hot chocolate.

Service has absolutely gone downhill at this place. Walk in and don't get acknowledged at all. After waiting one girl takes the order one by one and continuously messes up the order. After waiting for 20 minutes ending up not wanting to give my money to this business.

Okay so I went here few weeks ago when they should have been open per google and the sign on the door. They turned everyone away. I still decided to give them a second chance so I went back earlier this week and the service was horrible I waited forever for the people ahead of me to be served ICE CREAM !! 30 minutes for ice cream. I started to leave but as I drove such a long distance I decided to stay … the girl says to me are you placing a big order I tell her no and let her know what I want also asked a question about the menu and she had no idea. I got an aguas Fresca and whatever this in the picture is supposed to be ! It was absolutely disgusting I’m so upset I spent my $ here. Oh and to make things worse there was a lady with a toddler (mind you I’m noticeably pregnant and have my kids in the car) she has the nerve after I waited 30+ minutes to ask me if she can take the lady behind me. NO even the lady that was in front of me said no that I’ve been waiting here for too long. The service is horrendous. I may go back for a paletta but that’s it.

The ice cream here was amazing! The staff was super nice and we even got several samples to try from. The flavors are super authentic and spot on. Definitely a hidden gem, we loved the decor and music. Try the dulce de leche, gansito, mazapán, and la abuelita!

The service is horrible. The lady’s working there have no knowledge of what they are selling. Don’t waste your money and time go somewhere else.

The pistachio flavor is the best

The decor is esthetically pleasing and cute to take pics, but the paleta (Popsicle) quality was very meh. They didn't look fresh and they didn't taste like the flavor you chose. I can't speak for the ice cream or snacks because we didn't have any. I think what really was disappointing was the lack of freshness.
