I am super disappointed ā¹ļø. This place has been in Westchase for years and this time was awful. Quality & freshness of the toppings has gone down. 3 of the froyo machines were broken and it is clear they are not cleaning or maintaining them. They got rid of tart & dole whip. The renovation is unexciting and makes the whole place feel cheap compared to how it used to be with previous owners? Check out Whitās, Yogurtology, or Jeramiahās instead. Girls behind the counter were dressed completely inappropriately and so rude.

disappointed. I ordered a banana split and it was missing all the toppings. Also ordered 2 scoops in a waffle cone and got a sugar cone instead. When we told the employee we were told āthatās what it isā. Definitely not what I expected. Maybe it was because it was at 9pm and they close at 10pm. Iām sure this was just an error or my misunderstanding so refuse to give the location a bad rating I just expected more for a banana split with toppings and to actually get a waffle cone with the scoops.
Went there for the 1st the other day, it was great. I got a milk shake which hit the spot. My husband had the frozen yogurt which he said was very good. We donāt live that close but if we did weād be there at least once a week. The owner served us she was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

I had the most amazing experience here! The frozen yogurt and ice cream is AMAZING! I had the pineapple dole, coconut, orange dole, and vanilla frozen yogurt. My husband had the ice cream and really enjoyed it. I love that this place is right next to a place that we frequent. We will definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: A great place for the kids to make their own treats.
Kids that work here are awesome. Great service and super friendly. They give me hope for the future. Five stars on the Icecream as well.

Um I came here for frozen yogurt. The second the āchocolateā started coming out I could tell it did NOT look right. I sampled the vanilla and the coconut. Trash. Shouldāve read the reviews first. Definitely frozen sugar water. 100% sugar, 0% yogurt. Disgusting. Even my 4-year-old wouldnāt eat it.
