Probably one of the worst viet food I ever had. I ordered the grilled pork banh mi and the beef bun bowl.
First off the grilled pork banh mi had an overwhelming magi soy sauce taste. It was doused to the point where my sandwich was soggy. They also donāt use pickled carrots/radish for their filling (which is what traditionally is used). And included lettuce for some reason?!? The pork was overcooked and didnāt have that distinct thit neung taste. It was almost flavorless. We actually had to throw it out after a few bites.
The bun bowl had overcooked noodles (not springy) and overcooked beef as well. I can tell that they used cheap cuts, most likely stew meats, for this bowl. Also flavorless. Even the fish sauce, so quintessential in Vietnamese cooking, was watered down and didnāt have that distinct viet flavor.
Iāve been to this place twice now and yet itās still horrible. Although I havenāt tried their pho yet, I would avoid everything about this place. Even their spring roll, a single one, costs $6. Insane.
At least it looks kind of cute inside.

The matcha I had was good and a good value compared to some of the popular chains. I had the seafood pho. Broth was very good but the presentation, everything in one bowl; the tradition with pho is that the condiments such as bean sprouts, basil etc are placed in a separate plate. For me, I like my bean sprouts undercooked and the basil completely uncooked. Those choices were taken away in this presentation. Also a minor nitpick: the seafood pho was described as containing shrimp and crabmeat. The crabmeat was imitation crabmeat. That's not a problem per se but the description was misleading and not transparent. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The customer service was amazing, the food was fresh and fantastic. The tea was made according to our desired sweetness which is a lovely accommodation built into their ordering process. The egg roll in my bowl was so flaky and delicious I placed a to go order! The staff is really friendly and attentive, I highly recommend!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl on July 1, 2025 and it costs a whopping $14.75 with no sides and no drink included. For that high of a price, they should include an egg roll, crunchy noodles, and a soda. Overall, the taste was bland and flavorless. Itās mostly a bowl of white rice. They donāt put any seasoning or sauce on it at all. If itās called āchicken teriyakiā, then it should have teriyaki sauce or something on it. But they serve it plain with no flavoring. The cuts of chicken are fatty with gizzards like bourbon chicken. And the store has no air conditioning. Sarku Japan at the mall tastes way better and costs less.
