Our experience with Gaston’s Culinary Services for my husband’s 75th birthday party was absolutely amazing, exceeding all our expectations!! Our guests raved over the pan seared salmon with mango salsa, bourbon chicken, chive mashed potatoes, and the southern style green beans. The spinach & artichoke dip appetizer was also a big hit. The presentation was beautiful, adding a special touch to the celebration!
Kathy was very patient in the planning process. She made it easy and eliminated a lot of stress for me. The other staff: Chef Joi, Danyell and Fabiola were very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that the party was a big success! Chef Gaston even came to oversee and make sure everything was perfect!

I had the pleasure of partnering with them to cater the WatchWeWin Experience at Embarc Collective, and their service was truly exceptional from start to finish.

From our very first conversation during the planning process to execution, Dani was attentive, communicative, and incredibly professional. She led the front-of-house service staff with such grace and precision—ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. Her leadership was clear in the smooth coordination, calm presence, and welcoming energy the team brought to the entire evening.

A special shoutout goes to Fallon, who was an absolute standout. Her warmth, attentiveness, and care for both our guests and fellow vendors were deeply felt.

Chef G’s culinary talent truly elevated the experience. The food was outstanding—flavorful, beautifully presented, and more than generously portioned. But what made it even more special was that Chef G took the time to step out from behind the scenes, personally introduce himself to our guests, and walk them through each course before dinner. His presence and passion added a thoughtful, human touch that resonated deeply with everyone in the room.

Beyond the food and service, the Gaston’s team supported us in every way possible—even helping with elements outside of typical catering duties, like setting up chargers and napkins. Their flexibility and calm adaptability as our run of show shifted ensured everything continued to flow smoothly.

Top Notch food, customer service, and reliability! I ordered Gaston's for my Passover gathering for 12. The food was delicious - I splurged on Chateau Briand, Chicken Piccata, Chive Mashed Potatoes, and Haricots Verts. Everything was beautifully prepared and tasted even better. The scheduling and communication with Kathy went better than I could have asked for. I will definitely use their services again, and will be recommending to family and friends. I contacted Gaston's to order a couple of last minutes entrees for a wedding reception. They did not disappoint. Everyone enjoyed the food! I am glad I read the helpful tips when placing an order. It was more than enough food and we did not run out of anything. When I arrived to pick up my order it was ready as promised. I definitely will be using them for future gatherings and celebrations. A very special thank you to Kathy and Chris!!! You both were professional and kind from start to finish.
